Calvin Harris at Ushuaia Fridays (30-05-2025 till 12-09-2025) AND Tuesdays (01-07-2025 till 26-08-2025) EEK... I know Ants will stay on Saturdays but this doesn't look like the start of a strong line-up for Ushuaia this year....

If this is correct, that makes perfect sense putting him on Tuesday in July and August in addition to Fridays. Harris doesn’t do nightclubs anymore (someone correct me if I’m wrong), but just day festivals and parties. Plus Tuesdays has historically been the slow day at Ushuaïa, so this packs them in during peak summer holidays.

And with TNL focus on UNVRS they can just Ctrl + C Friday and Tuesday. Bingo.

I doubt Ushuaïa will be a full week outside peak. They need people in UNVRS!

One thing is for sure, we are at the peak of Afro house. This is the new EDM and the migration to “deeper” music is underway.

Going a little off piste here but all these music genres and sub genres confuse the hell out of me. I’ve been clubbing since the late 90’s when things were relatively simple (House/Trance/Techno etc etc)
Can someone enlighten me please as I’m not entirely sure what’s what nowadays.

One thing to add, is we might see the trend that we saw last few seasons of 'mini-residencies' across the season. i.e. not every residency will be like say Defected and MusicON from May to October. A few nights might have different residencies across the season.

Again, another mini residency (15-May to 08-Jul). Means that they will be going up against Defected @ Pacha on Thursdays (for some dates), which early season might be competitive! But then every day of the week is competitive in 2025. Amnesia seem to be holding firm on ticket prices and drinks prices at the moment.

Surely he is going to to differentiate the nights a bit, like one night is Greatest hits focused the other new tracks?
