Wonder why they’ve not done any later ones, as they had a few dates from then to sep/oct last year. Reckon Solomun or someone will take up some dates? Any rumours about El Cielo dates or events this year?

I can’t recall if they are legally limited to 10 parties + 2 (opening and closing) or just 10 in total. If it’s just 10 then there might only be 2 parties left that haven’t been announced yet.
Re. El Cielo. I’m not sure if Pacha will do parties at 528 this year.

Flower Power 12th and non-Solomun+1 13th look to now be cancelled so looks like Carola closing Pacha on the Friday as it stands unless anything changes again.Ooo, might grab a ticket for closing then as enjoyed it as an "easy" night last year

They are refunding me so assume it is 99.9%
as mr_why says, no El Cielo. There might well be parties at 528, but what type and calibre of acts, let's wait and see

Peggy Gou just announced as closing Pacha on 13th October… I wonder if they thought they had booked Keinemusik and Hi gazumped them !

not generally, no. but for the season's biggest nights like opening parties, closings and some one-offs, I guess it'll be that case yeah.
Wonder why that is, was El Cielo successful last year?

This is usual I think guys. In previous years there might be a MusicOn closing and a Destino Closing very late Sep / early Oct, but most parties are July / August in Destino since c. 2019.

Question about Malanga cafe. I see on their Insta that they only have DJ schedules for Fridays and Saturdays. Does that mean they don't have anyone playing on all the other days? Was hoping to pay them a visit on a Wednesday or Thursday for my upcoming trip.
Really hoping Cova Santa will release an event for Weds/Thurs that starts in the week we're there but seems unlikely based on prev year's calendars.
Definitely looking forward to trying out Defected in its new home at Ushuaia!
