ibiza gossip 2023

Went to Glitterbox last Sunday, it was very busy (theatre and wild corner) a lot of people barging past and getting angry when I didn't move. Music was great, didn't notice too many people filming everything, maybe it's so normal now that it blends in for me. But personally, I prefer that to people who dance backwards into you, however much you move to avoid it.

Holo was less busy and was great, The Menendez Bros were great in the Wild Corner and there was plenty of room to dance. I think I actually prefer Hï to Space now, which I never would have thought I'd say, 6 years ago.
We spent most of the night in the club. Theatre is just far too busy, even outside was rammed. Caught folamour who was ace, couldn’t get into the wild corner just a constant bottleneck.

I’d say that’ll be my last visit to hi for a while

Not much more to add on this Hï Crowded debate. And we probably should get back to gossip.

All I will say (and I’ll duck) is that crowded nights really aren’t anything new. I’m not saying it’s right - but it’s not new. Search back on this forum and c2009-2010 when Pacha had its old design everyone moaned about it when SHM played Monday’s, Guetta and Thursday. In hindsight, these acts were just too big for the venue and that might be the case now with Hï. Pacha re-designed and of course flows 10x better now and I genuinely don’t know this - but they seem to be selling out some nights and giving a better ‘experience’ for punters. Speak to most people who have been this season (before I get accused of bias) - that seems to be a fact this season.

Also to add other clubs in the past have been accused of overcrowding too.

Cocoon @ Amnesia during its peak was insanely busy, and Amnesia closing your feet used to lift off the floor when trying to get between the rooms. Had this in Space back in the day too.

Anyway… I crave gossip… throw me some…

Yerp..i could do with some regarding any smaller or even daytime stuff happening during the last week of Sep (thinking something like that Keinemusik party yday although i know that was a one off!)

hi, do you know if with the Amnesia "balcony ticket" you can also access the dance floor or are you forced to stay on the balcony?

You can go up and downstairs as much as you want. Just flash your wristband when you want to go upstairs.

Have you checked out the Beat Hotel events. They have some really good daytime events last week of Sept

What's the industry gossip or actual word on the island on 'some!' club nights becoming a rammed together sea of static people filming some big screen? That's real gossip that might give us all some insight for our next visit not just some official press release DJ announcement

Nope, not having that.
