At Amnesia last night, about 0015, a big pop happened and the ice cannons just went on full blast for 3-4 minutes. Security and production running everywhere. There were no ice cannons for the rest of the night. Sad face.

Whatever happened to OUT Night Club @Beach Star Hotel.. Died due to lack of numbers?.. I know the hotel was rebranded so perhaps new owners said not their cup of tea?

Blimey, Kygo at Ushuaia was dreadful last night. The music was just, well, awful. Repeated songs between the headliner and Heldens playing before, ABBA and Freed from Desire being cranked out, and then to finish it off, he decided to sing himself. Blimey.

I need to stop going to places just because my friends want to!

However, Chinois afterwards was lovely, even if there were too many mirrors in the loos!

No, not a numbers issue, just an issue with sound with (their own) hotel immediately above️

Thought that may have been an issue from the start. Soundproofing is key when sharing a building / street with houses / apartments.. Shame as had some good nights last year

Yeah, it doesn't sound great played back. Annie Mac and Sara Cox were worse back in the day imo, but then when you consider the scrutiny the BBC is under at the moment I can understand it.

Also think Charlie could have handled it better and done this off-air, but that's easier to say I guess

Be interested to know what the pre-trip instructions were. Radio 1 been putting smashed presenters on air on their Ibiza weekend event for years - what's the limit?
