Wow no Ellen Allien on a single Circo night?! She is a normally a mainstay. The f*** has happened there!? Some of my best Ibiza nights have been with Ellen in that main room at DC10.
She’s on a couple - opening and 11th July

im not surprised she is taking a bit of a step back from Circoloco. she is / has been trying to immerse her self as a harder/heavier selector for the last 3 years. and with her brand (we are not alone) taking off. she probably has a fair few solo commitments this year to focus on

Most of the posts are for the early part of the season. Seeing what’s happening later in the season makes it feel that more closer for some reason.
Anything coming from 'All day I dream'?
Long way from KU to not opening this year. Ok , nothing last forever. Thats the way it is.
Set times a week in advance instead?

It’s still disappointing. It’s just such a big space to fill. Resistance did it well. But one night a week with a few vista events is it going to justify the renovation costs and opening sadly. I hope they can find a way to bring it back and be sustainable. Great venue when it’s on form.

The nights I was there in 2019 it was just right busy great vibe ..Everyone was going for it …Unlike some club nights that are just full of phone carrying rubberneckers ..Sorry Rubberneckers ..

Pleased you had a good time. We went in 2019 and it was very quiet indeed. It used to be rammed in both rooms but that was a long time ago. Then it went bi weekly which says everything. It just had its day. It was definitely more an old skool crowd as you say. Running a busy weekly night in Ibiza for two decades was a helluva achievement. They had some fun random afters too! I still want Up yer Ronson, Renaissance, Cream, Manumission and a weekly Clockwork Orange back but it’s sadly not going to happen!
. A 3-4 day annual cocoon weekender could work well though.
