Yeah when I was there a few years ago I had fun, but it felt like a Vegas club, which is very boring to me.

I’m still yet to visit. So the Theatre is the old discoteca and the club room is the old Terrace? Where in Space would the Wild corner be?

Crazy when you think what they inherited and then what they turned it into. But then, that was clearly the plan. Let’s be honest it’s not a patch on Space is it. But I’m sure they’re making lots and lots of money.

Without being rude your profile name says “1980”, so the same age bracket as a lot of us on here that spent years in Space year after year and loved that period, and will talk about it until our grave.
But times have changed…
People just need to get over that Hï is on the same land as Space was. It’s simply not Space, it’s a different concept. Hï simply isn’t aimed at most of us over 35. Look at Afterlife the place is simply packed to the absolute rafters with a new generation. And this new generation think Hï is the bees-knees. Same with M.Bros, Fisher, Black Coffee. Are we expecting Hï to just do nights that were popular in the 00s? They have absolutely nailed their weekly line-ups in my view, even though only Afterlife and Glitterbox are probably aimed at many of us on here.
It took me a few seasons to get over it, but Hï has an absolute place in Ibiza, like Pacha, Amnesia, DC10, Pikes… they all different, all unique, all aimed at slightly different people.

Yep they will. At the minute my boys listen to absolute garbage even tho me and the mrs have (in my opinion) ace music playing all the time
They f***ed off and went for an ice cream when MOS classical came on at the races 2 weeks ago. And didn’t think much of DJ Vibes at Raver Tots in Bournemouth a few years back. I think I need to work harder with them

I thought the sound was lacking in Amnesia this year! I put it down to the new KVA systems but maybe they are struggling with volume levels/limits! The old V Prof systems seemed much louder/punchier from memory, especially in main room…And again...

That's basically how all the big names are doing it for years, deejays as well as venues, it's what their business model thrives on.
It's how they remain big, it's all about quantity, facilitated by social media.
Have a look at Hï tripadvisor, reads like a Tourist trap.

Sounds like Festicket are in the poo poo- think Amnesia have used them for ticket sales previously- my drinks pack (RIP) were definitely from them in July

I went to Hi last night.
Milo Spykers and Amelie Lens were both excellent, driving techno in the club. The atmosphere was brilliant, everone dancing.
