Are dc10 harshly treated as they are trying to suggest? As it seems they always have these issues or is it more a case of they do break the rules a lot more and hence they get punished more?

DC10 sits on flat land and sound travels a lot easier, plus it's in the municipality of San José which is more adverse to noise than others. Notice Cova Santa, which is also in San José, also got their wrists slapped

So 19th Oct until 22nd... Obviously the big clubs would be finished up but do the good folk of Spotlight reckon they'll still be plenty going on in Ibiza during those dates?

That I dont know, all I can tell you was that on Friday just gone it was sufficiently loud until 23:00 and then noticeably quieter afterwards

But you may as well be comparing eggs to rocks

There's lots of factors to take into consideration as well as the noise level: number of resident complaints, frequency of complaints, number of past breaches and, what I imagine is very important, how they react when they are notified of a breach - do they hold their hands up and pay their fine or do they protest?

These are all things that only the venues and authorities themselves know

I dont know in either case, but what's clear is you need to play the game. Some venues go public, others keep schtum. That's up to them
