If you take DC10 and lost the garden. There is absolutely no chance on gods green planet you are getting Ushuaia capacity in the terrace and main room. Even with the garden open it is questionable.

There's ways & means! Personally i like a good dinner before going out so daytine isn't for me. The issue though for me now at Pikes is what to do in the 2/3 hrs between it closing and that first swim when the sun comes up, esp if you're based miles away. I think they thought 4am would change the atmosphere, maybe more people just dipping in/out, less messy I dunno? and maybe as a result H had to leave out some of the 8min chuggy/trippy spaced out jams I love so much, but I don't think the overall vibe was that impacted.
 
I'm struggling as well with those early closings. Are there any all-nighters left on the island that are open to all besides opening/closing stuff?

I guess for us it’s going to be a bit of try it and see. Late dinner for sustenance and the sort of great night that flies by without even realising might be the way. Or it could be other ways and means. Although, it’s been a very long time 🤪

There will be plenty of that, even if it’s not on the forum. The issue is the extremes. Shoving 5000 people in a space made for 2000 people isn’t big or clever, will lead to founded complaints and significant risk that is unnecessary.

Maybe it's part of "FOMO culture" but as much as people (and I include myself in this) complain about overcrowding, how many of us would be satisfied going to a quiet club? Honestly? No matter how good the music is

(again, not excusing it) however there is such a fine balance between being the "in" party and being an also ran. Circloco has outlived Manumission and Cocoon, both of whom could've been considered over-crowded in their heyday

So do you want to go to the party that everyone knows is hot? Or do you not? Your choice

After multiple bad experiences, I know which camp I sit in, no matter how good the line-up is on paper (and I got an early night Monday FYI)

One last edit: there's soooooo much choice nowadays, if you're a real head, you honestly don't need to go where the masses go

i agree, not many would be really satisfied with a quiet club.
but there is a world a difference between a full club, and what happens at circo loco
 
there will be plenty of events that will be roadblock and uncomfortably busy circoloco, solomun etc....but on the other hand there will be plenty of events that may be quite, mainly the events with the generic line ups....some may not even last the season...i hope im wrong

A few gigs always fall by the way side early on in the season, particularly at Es Paradis (but they are really trying with a new lineup this time)

Some promoters are being realistic from the start though, for example Armin is doing a few select dates which reflects his stock has fallen now as EDM has gone out of style
