My first ever Ibiza trip. Cocoon till 730. Solomun doing a chillout/downtempo sorta set on the Sunday for 2 hours at Mambo. Can't even imagine what 1995-2000s woulda been like

f***ing great. The best days for me. But it’s all relative. You don’t miss what you never had. In reality most people if not everyone remembers their first times and younger times in Ibiza as the best times for them. And It wasn’t all brilliant. There was less choice. Clubs didn’t open every day. It was commercialised, just not as much as now. Food options were much more limited. And there were a lot of unregulated, very dodgy characters around running the show. Regulation has done a lot of good as well as curtail freedom. I’ve learned to enjoy the evolution.

I can remember only two times I raved 'til dawn; once at the old Orion in Los Angeles (@ 8th & Spring I think) 
& another time at an outdoor somewhere in the San Fernando Valley if memory serves. It's all fuzzy; this was fifteen years ago circa 2003 or thereabouts when I found my way into Los Angeles many weekends for revelry and in my quest to live my life free of the drugs I had addicted myself to in my teens (I was 23 in '03).
But that is all in California, and this is a thread about Ibiza Gossip! My goodness... ?

So I was thinking this morning as I walked past a vendor in the shopping center where I walk laps where calendars are sold - it's common for holidays here, you'll see shops selling calendars - and I thought "there should be an Ibiza calendar! I would buy one... But I searched the net and there isn't one that I can find. What do you think it would feature? I don't even know what the beach looks like in Ibiza, but I'm guessing that would be one thing. Probably picturesque buildings, some clubbing, & maybe food! ?

Interesting move. I stayed a stone's throw from that place for a few nights this past summer, and have to say it's an absolutely gorgeous part of Formentera that also is in dire need of decent lodging.

I've just started 2 new calendars, 1 in the kitchen, 1 on my desk, + 3 new diaries for different subjects.
Phone used for calls, texts + wifi away from home.
