it's a very sinister trend... festies are fcking everything up. everyone i know in music is saying the same thing
I criticized festivals as well earlier this year and you didn't agree so I'm why you changed your tune

Not too bothered about the festival thing, as almost all of the events are out of high season. Its just a way of getting people onto the island at slightly quieter times, nothing wrong with spreading an overcrowded July/August crowd out.
June 18 to 22 is high season , in my opinion.
Should do it at the beginning of june : Weather ok , season starts ...
?I should have serious news about that shortly...
why don‘t we wait until more is publicly know about that festival before we start judging it
What are the chances of Prydz returning with a residency @stivi ?
Thanks. Will relay to Mrs LBS. this could be a significant obstacle to me being on the island next year!there's a fair amount of movement going on again for ibiza 2020. some clubs change little, some a lot! it's too early to openly discuss on here what I heard, but a few exciting moves included.
a full residency - not sure. a handful dates - could happen!
Ok you got me... I think that was a slightly different discussion though. I guess it depends on how you define festies but i think there is a world of difference between someone putting something on in the middle of nowhere with no major commercial constraints, showcasing talent from across the board and low-key security/branding.... and some daytime thing where you're herded in front of some stage to watch regimented bignames go through the motions.
Whitsun is quite early this year (end of May)... will it be (over)crowded on the island during these days? Wonder if I should fly May 19-26 or May 26- June 03...
Cocoon just posted their Cocoon Ibiza 2019 Video on youtube.
At the end it says...see you in 2020...
