I only went to Cova Santa for the first time this May but really liked it.

So Transmoderna is back next year...but no confirmation so far if it will happen again at Pacha.
Although Dixon is mentioning "...20 weeks" all the time...

However, it also has quite a loyal Friday crowd. I’ve always associated Friday’s with Pacha. That goes back to the old Pete Tong residency there when I was younger. The Luciano on Friday’s you reference was a mini residency (5 dates) in 2016... and that was the most packed I’ve seen Pacha on a Friday since 2007!

Re: Luciano, I was taking about his Amnesia residency this past year which was cut early. Even with that, I find it sorta unbelievable this night was not successful.

Coincidentally, my first time visiting Pacha was on a Friday for one of their Insane nights, but I most heavily associate it with Sundays

why are Pacha Fridays so hard to maintain? Even with no Luciano on Fridays this night struggled? I was there mid September and it seemed decently busy, but this was considering like how the upstairs part was closed.

There is usually only ever one reason since day one!!

And that's simply down to talent/concept and defo for Ibiza also, how it is promoted.

There aren't many artists that can get 4000 people + in a club in ibiza from the underground scene so the clubs have to try and choose the right talent.

Sooo Peggy Gou to Pacha for Fridays most probably. It is hard to comprehend but it will be more successful than transmoderna, because you know LV Gucci and hot dj.

Cova Santa could be the perfect place for Transmoderna tho.

Pretty sure Peggy isn't doing this.......I think they've snapped another night up according to the goss.

The Shine lineups are the only lineups (with the exception of Clockwork) worth getting excited about! They look great by the way, PvD Aly & Fila again as residents. What’s not to like? Give me some energy rather than 8 hours of tech house dirge or whatever that sound is called that people talk a lot about on here. But horses for courses I guess. In many ways trance nights are better than ever these days as they attract far better crowds of people who love the music rather than the late 90s heyday.
