I give him a pass though because back in the Space Sunday days he was playing during some amazing mornings / afternoons

Steve Lawler was immense in his tribal house days - Space terrace etc
don't listen to him anymore to be honest so cannot comment on recent sets

Nic Fanciulli , i don't like very much too cf Ushuaia opening with J voorn, il left the place & were willing for a good meal than this ears's torture

just hope dubfire won't bored me Ims Dalt vila 18 as in Dc10 opening 16 it was boring 80% of his set , he was in paris (suburbs) that monday , even 12€ in nice place for 2hours , not very willing to see him especially when there is a little rain

Lawlers Lights Out series were top drawer, I will rattle them out. But I don’t feel his or Fanciullis sound now. Heard Fanciulli in hi and it did nothing for me

I 've been to the zoo project on every ibiza trip for years. never once dressed up or got the paint by the way. always had a blast. fun people there and great music for my chinstroker-side

Never been, but i think it now being on a Sunday is a masterstroke...we all know the history of Sunday and having day/night clubbing option seems pretty good to me

I think zoo is great for a social with friends and meeting characters and brilliant for people watching. Then can wander about for a dance when you fancy it. Also never dressed or painted, missus painted face with a mate 1st time we went years ago to my annoyance

Face painting for Zoo and all that El Row stuff is just faux people enjoying themselves. How many of them could seriously say they go through the majority of the night head down not speaking to their mates until they leave? Most of it is shite these days (especially that Pikes)

My ex wanted to get her arm done last year! Couldn't that happen so I told her they do it in there, safe to say she wasn't impressed when she found out I was lying

But have to say Zoo is definitely one of my favourite events/venues. Cant go wrong if you want a good social day out with all your mates and some good music.

Tbh usually do zoo as more of a social thing, chat randoms and that and later on go to space (rip) or whatever else is on for more music centric time. (Try not to forget to eat in between, otherwise bit light headed at end of a 12 hr run!)

Zoo is like one massive smoking area of other clubs if you get what I mean.

It's good to mix it up

Lol. It's got the best balance of men vs women ratio. Sometimes I've been it might actually seem to have more women.

Also in past years I've seen women with torso fully painted and topless... I did a fair few double takes!

Edit: should say it's not seedy with women been pestered, generally chilled and people chatting in the seating/chill areas. Perhaps cause it's outdoors and light?

Exactly. As said in my above edit, outdoors and light until late, gives it a different dynamic to other events, even compared ushuaia.

Yeah lol. Anyhow as they've moved it to Sunday for 2018 I'll probs not be able to go to it due to flights . (Also I've not even bothered to look for Ibiza hols yet this year )
