Completely agree with this, my point was I think the DJ needs to see the crowd in order to read the night properly and create that intimate vibe

It depends where the booth is. If it's all the way on the ground then you can't see the booth. If it's on a stage like on Prydz's nights then you can see even in the back

I know you shouldn't read too much into events outside Ibiza, and obviously he has been heavily-involved with Ushuaia/Hï previously, but Nic Fanciulli has been playing a lot for Music On this year.
 
On the topic of Nic Fanciulli how did him and Carl Cox start doing their B2Bs? Seemed a bit of a strange pairing at first even though it seemed to work well. Like they closed space B2B a good few years in a row anyone know how this actually come about?

They are probably just mates from Space, sometimes you just click with someone. Next thing you know, Coxy asks you to do a duet. Fist bumps all round
