ibiza 2019 observations

Are the planes not flying close down to Ushuaia still??
My understanding is that if the wind comes from the West (normaly due to Earth rotation), the planes are landing ariving from the East, so they soar over Ushuaïa. But if the wind comes from the East (like it was this year at the end of July when I was there), the planes are taking off heading East, but they dont soar over Ushuaïa because they quickly turn south to avoid kerosene and loud noice to disturb PDB...

My obvervations have been that they fly over Ushuaia but not as low as before, but could be the July thing you're talking about, because when I went in June 2015 they were very low flying over, and since then I've only been in July
