Know some of it may be translation but who writes this stuff honestly 😂

“We’ve redefined what family tourism is like on the island. With a concept where playing is ‘mandatory,’ the hotel offers a vacation style where togetherness, design, and fun intertwine naturally. Here, families find an environment where time spent together is celebrated,” explains OD Group.

Sounds more like a swingers hotel rather than a family tourist destination!

Stayed at the Standard in Ibiza town last week.

It's nice, but Oku is (much) nicer in almost every way - other than location.

It's still not possible to book the "Ibiza Feeling" hotels for 2026 - are there any rumors about problems or new owners?

Concept Hotel Group news...

As a final reveal, the evening offered a first look at a pair of exclusive renders for Acapulco Amor, the group’s new hotel set to open in Cala de Bou in 2027, inspired by 1970s Acapulco — the legendary Pacific jewel in its golden age. A project that revives the era’s relaxed glamour, colour, and hedonism, reinterpreted through a contemporary and unmistakably Concept lens.

Phew, managed to find a few days in a decent hotel, early October, Royal Plaza near the port. 5nts under £500 which is just fine, even upgraded the room to larger one (with balcony I hope!). The rubbish ones are charging a lot more! Always thought (but don't tell them) they underprice themselves but they aren't in a particularly nice area, not overlooking the sea or owt, just a big car park and a street with what I think is a brothel on!
But it's handy for the port, shops, and I'm not gonna spend all day in it...unless the weather tells me otherwise!
Flight is decent times at £150 return, so all-in-all job done.

Well it appears I’ve gone viral today for having a whinge on X about Jet2 not allowing solo travellers to upgrade to sea view rooms 😂

Long story short, cancelled my Ibiza booking for sept and rebooked with TUI for the same hotel as they allowed the room upgrade. Lost my deposit but there’s nothing better than having your own space with a decent view the morning after the night before!

I saw that yesterday 😀 I didn’t connect the user names. Did you get a reply from Jet2?

Nope - not expecting one to be honest. It’s been fun watching the bots argue though, and the person pretending to be Jet2 customer service but is obviously just a scammer 😂
