(Quick thoughts - can we hold back on the t__ o__ because I fear that if we start dishing out too many titles then the b___ will lose it's heirarchy and without a formal structure we won't have the authority to dish out reviews any more.

(I think it would be fun to give the s___ position to Stuie because he'd get it all wrong and it would give us some good experience in furore management. I'm also making it my life's work to nurture Stuie into the role of flagship b___ - we all know the passion is in him after all! Alternatively, Nick would be a good role model as s___ but I fear Stuie may rebel - the extra responsibility might do him good. These are just my initial thoughts because as you rightly say, a decision like this can't be taken lightly.)

It's such a difficult decision. I mean Silvia is the longest and most loyal b_____ after us
but can you remember when she assumed s_____ responsibilities before and had to pass them onto you Stuie is the next longest serving b______ but sometimes I do question his commitment to the b______ cause and whether he is a good role model for new b_______
Then again being s_______ could be the making of him And as for Naddyz, could a b______ have come on in such leaps and bounds in such a short period of time, he really is a shining example to fellow b______ and I do feel he should be rewarded for his dedication to the b____ cause
It really is one of the most difficult decisions we've ever had to make

Stuie won't be running in the b______ election! You can't review him one minute and then offer him up for election the next!!
