Giving birth...

You would could call it 'Cloud' and people would think you were being poncey a la Coldplay bloke and Gwennie's 'Apple' and then you could explain that no, it meant that even this terrible little bundle of puke and poo had the silver lining of being able to doss about at home with impunity!

Sometimes, I read what you've wrote, and after the 3rd time of reading, I just stare blankly and think "What the f*ck is he on about"?

This is one of them.

Is this some kind of (super pollack-esque) code or something? Are you stoned? Seriosuly. It hurts my pretty little head. :spank:

We would have the jinxtastic'that's what I was gonna say'-ness without the other end of the scale. Yingyangequalandoppositereactionability!

It was a fairly mainstream Spotlightness daftness post, which are rarely your thing Danielsan.

"Dreamcatcher" that is...couldn't remember the name.

But i do remember that ginger brit meeting a sticky end.

And I don't mean Chris Evans in the back room at La Troya.

What got me thinking was when I was on the island in 2005 I see a geezer at our hotel in his early 50's with a younger woman who was about 31-2ish and they had a kid:?.... I'd been thinking about the idea of fatherhood quite a bit before then and my thoughts towards it all had started to change somewhat. I remember thinking that there is no way I want to be a first time dad at 50 odd.8O

I can recall loadsa times on my holidays seeing parents looking miserable as funk with their kids and thought " No way, thats not for me"

But then in 2005 in ibiza something clicked with it all;), I was in the middle of it all at Bossa and for the first time ever I just couldn't be bothered with clubbing:roll:. Couple that with my thoughts on that fella I see and I started warming to the idea more and more:).

You just click with it all, its a polarized experience in terms of your time and you enjoy your free time more as well as the time with your child.8)8)8)

Ive been "avin it" on and off for 17 years now since it all kicked off so for me the time was right and I feel lucky to be able to say that because I know there are a lot of couples that struggle to have kids and then you get the women that get lumped on their own to do it all for themselves.

As for Ibiza, I'll definitely be back for more knees ups and all that8). Its just not as big on my "To Do" list anymore.8)

hahahaha - that's the one. 10/10:lol:

I was being purposely vague in my description too...

For some reason it sprung into my mind, even though I never seen it. I just remember reading it was about trap doors and secret passage ways in John Malkovichs head and I thought how odd 8O

Corny as it sounds, I hope I end up with a man who thinks this way. 8)

Thats the good thing about Ibiza you can pick the style you like on the hoof. As a proud parent I have my trip to escape for a few days and like clubbing still (not that i really to get away with it - but who cares!) but sometimes the buzz isnt there and having been off it for some years anyway, its nice to know you can take it or leave it, find a restaurant, or whatever, instead.

I think if you've never done kids you dont appreciate how good (and bad) kids are the good outweights the bad. Your circumstances affects that alot and Im very lucky to live and work from home so whereas most folks only see their kids i the evenings im invaded an ponied up half of the day, so i deserve a flaming break! I think the rule is make your ow space sometime even if only once a week, especially important for partners/husbands/wives.. whatever. The owrst casea re baby slaves who just forget who they are altogether.

Most of all is my choice of partner, its hard work but its all there after 10 years

My ha'p'orth!
