it’s not an EU certificate we have in the Uk. You need to click the Non EU option.

I more often than not do it overland and always enjoy. My usual itinerary is, Liverpool / London / Paris Eurostar same day. Get a hotel near Gare De Lyon for the night. Next day get the 10.10 first class Paris to Barcelona direct, get into Sants about 16.30. Have a pint and bite to eat then jump on the overnight ferry to Ibiza in a cabin at 22.30, usually gets into Ibiza about 06.30. Similar on the return but the ferry is daytime so have a night in Barcelona then do Barcelona back to Liverpool in a day.

Done the overland trip as per my previous post. Only passport checks on Eurostar nothing else. Only Covid check was at a brassiere in Paris. ( that’s an eatery not a knocking shop ). No checks on the train to or when getting off in Barcelona.
Had to fill a form in when getting off the ferry from Barcelona at Ibiza port, was not prepared for this at all but one of the kindhearted girls doing the Check helped me through it on my phone.
Nice to be back here.

Right then... not very long until I fly!! and I am some what nervous I have missed something

Now I am flying from the U.K and returning to the U.K and as I understand it this is the following that is required if you are fully vaccinated

1. Within 48hrs before depature complete passenger locator form via https://www.spth.gob.es/
2. Within Three days before departing Ibiza to U.K have someone come to my hotel and provide me with a PCR test
3. Within 48hrs before Departure from Ibiza complete passenger locator form via https://www.gov.uk/provide-journey-contact-details-before-travel-uk
4. Have a pre-arranged covid test on or before day 2 of arrival

Have I missed anything??!? - I am actually going to Ibiza for a holiday by the way

You don’t have to do a PCR to fly home - you can do a anti gen for about 30euros / £28.

And maybe hold off booking a day 2, some suggestion that requirement may go away in the future

They’d have their work cut out getting anyone to take any notice of that I suspect
yeah you're probably not wrong, just think they often plant the seed months in advance before they normally go ahead with these matters. it was only yesterday or the day before that it was mentioned cases are declining for the first time since June so unsure as to why another lockdown is in question

I really do hope on the travel side of things they do make less hoops to jump through. fingers are crossed

The third government review of international travel is due by 1 October, but sources say changes could come as soon as next week.
Travel industry leaders want changes to happen as soon as possible, as the furlough scheme is due to end on 30 September and thousands of travel sector workers are still on the wage support scheme.
A relaxation in travel rules, they believe, would lead to a bookings surge, which may protect the jobs of those currently on furlough.
One industry source said: "Removing PCR testing for vaccinated passengers is essential. We have to align ourselves with what the rest of Europe are doing and stop being such an outlier.
