Films involving/about ibiza

I liked episode 2 much better than episode 1.
I don't want to ruin anything for anyone... but the show has my attention now. I'm wondering who killed poor Axel. In episode 2, Zoe finds out the autopsy report from her father back home. She confronts the Calafat's in the mausoleum where Andreu has decided to entomb King; their beloved family pet. But I don't think it was Andreu or Boxer because in episode 1 they seemingly had a discussion when Axel's body was discovered and neither seemed the wiser, though could have just been hiding it from each other. Conchita, the mother/wife in the Calafat family, seems the most likely to me at this point; especially since she's molesting the clergyman! I don't think that Oriol Calafat, Andreu's son, is capable of it. And what is Kika's role in this? I hope it wasn't her... :)

I've just started the last episode. I think in ep9 I figured it out. Time will tell!

Boxer is one of the more interesting characters.

Also there is a club owner called Pepe ?

I didn't recognize any scenes from Ibiza.. at first I thought I was watching something else... Mrs didn't even look or ask what is this.. complete pap.. turned off half way through 2nd episode.. sorry I told people to watch this .. .

Ya me too, 1st I thought it was filmed in Ibiza, but now I realise not at all (like 99 % in Majorque, except that Es Vedra view in the 1st episode of course).

Theres a few shots in actual ibiza, looking over the port, dalt vila, looking out from san Antonio, couple of the watch towers etc.

Rest was majorca, esp the airport as its all wrong externally.

Wonder if Craig would have enjoyed it more if it had english subtitles ?

It's more if a drama with 'ibiza' as a backdrop/plot device. Did find some bits made me laugh out loud though. The dog + pool bit?

Another Netflix c*p production in my opinion. Do not like it. Shoot on Mallorca and the mainland to keep the cost down.
It does not feel right when you are watching it because at the back of your head you know it is not Ibiza and you know someone is lying to you constantly.
Only a few scenes were shot on the Island.
