Here’s the truth about false accusations of sexual violence
Compared to how prevalent sexual harassment is, false claims are rare.theconversation.com
This article from 2017 really says nothing. It says false accusations are 'rare' but that's based on UK police statistic and they just mentioned it's roughly the same in the EU? False accusations or 'regret cases' are hard to prove. They will still be in the system as unsolved rape or other crime or unknown. The person that made the accusation will never admit it to be false so it will always be unclear. So you can't really count on there statistics.
Anyway...like I said earlier, I shouldn't have mentioned the false accusations or 'regret cases' because a few pages back it looked very clear that the Morillo case was clear...
However it seems now like some people might think the story has some flaws.
And about the fact that he apparently liked to lick boobs in the dj booth or was touchy or wanted naked girls at the afterparty might not paint a pretty picture of him while being accused of rape but does not make him a rapist yet. And I still feel the suicide is not a confession.
If we're still talking about consenting adults that partied with him or did things in the dj booth...I must admit I've seen more hardcore stuff at some parties but that was all with consent so no-one bothered. The Ida Engberg story is bad though. No one should ever force another human to take drugs. Perhaps all these stories and the image of him people had made him feel there was no way out with the trial coming up. Doesn't automatically mean the Roger Sanchez girl is telling the truth.
Really curious to see if the truth ever surfaces.
