I rarely wear heels now anyway but I'd never pack a pair for Ibiza, personally would be dead on my feet after a few hours, and nothing worse than feeling like shit because your feet hurt and you want to go home. If you're going VIP then yeah, heels fit better there. Never seen one of those Russian girls in a pair of stan smiths. Definitely a casual place, the heat makes anything else difficult.
