DC10 - Very Bad News

If the club closes after this Monday's party it will not reopen again until Wednesday 20th August. Amnesia, which was also closed last year, have told Mixmag.net that no such ban will effect them.

I go next week and if any other clubs shut ill be so gutted. Especially amnesia.

Why does Space and Pacha always escape these problems?

Everytime i go to space i get asked if i want 'things' over and over again by loads of different people.
its the worst one out of the lot.
you might get asked 2-3 times in amnesia yet in space it will be twice as many times when your just walking through the sun set terrace.
 
when i was in amnesia, no one offered me anything. i went to cream, and juicy...never got offered drugs there, or actually any other club believe it or not. maybe you were just in the right place at the right time, or something lol
 
in order not to panick:

despite all of the rumours there is no indication of amnesia closing down.

i will have it re-confirmed soon.
 
i fly in 4 hours have to leave for the airport soon i hope to god its not closed, and i hope priv doesn't either, in fact i hope nowhere has to close again haha
 
LOL i cant see how some poeple would not have a good time in Ibiza without dc10.Both yrs ive gone i hadnt attended.Last yr cuz it was closed and this yr cuz we thought it was closed this past monday.Either way didnt make a difference to me.Sure it gets loud but i dont drugs like these poeple either there for i dont care so much for the drug crazed mayhem that goes on Hr after Hr in a hot sweat spot like dc10.

You poeple really suprised about DC10.Cmon the poeple and promoters on the island will find a different place.Relax.Try Zoo Project on staurdays they put on a good show!Lots of poeple on drugs etc!
 
Licence?

What has always surprised me is the Licence/capacity thing,if it's only 400 or as many as 3000 in there,clearly this is the most visible misdemeanour,anyone know, have they been fined in the past for over (lawfull) capacity? Maybe a never ending reaplication for an upgrade to their licence? :?

Circo Loco @ DC10 was never about the drugs. It was/is an anti movement against the commercialised cheese and run of the mill superclub nights that were in abundance on the island at the time. It injected quality fresh underground music into Ibiza and changed the way that people go clubbing i.e. early on a Monday rather than late at night.

Unfortunately after hours clubbing and drugs always go hand in hand.

I think they get fined every week , their license is for around 60-70 people

Yeh,I know,think it's 67 or something,but I can't recall em ever being fined for this,not closing on time,noise,etc,etc, yep,drugs yep, but not the amount of people in there? Are some misdeeds lesser evils than others,or more overlookable ;)

They were fined on the opening party. The clubs get regular fines for opening past their licenses etc its never really been a problem untill this year
