Thanks & well done.

It just goes to show this thing is still doing the rounds, there are places it's still to get into. There will be a big price to pay for coming out of lockdown too soon. The way Trump is talking, I think the U.S. is looking at catastrophe.
Its barely the end of the beginning, my worry is winter will be really bad in hospitals. I dont see how care homes can keep it out, so sad

Agree on the US, trading lives for money

Yes USA will be in a bad way with this eventually.... they havent even flattened the curve in some states, having protests etc.

The governor of New York is at least trying, the others have their head in the sand thinking it will go away

Schools were already slated to reopen next week but now the media is saying further easing of measures underway in the Netherlands. Press conference tonight, but already leaked:
- Hairdressers and beauty salons etc open next week
- Beachclubs/restaurants and terraces open the 1st of June (1.5 metre adjustment)

Pubs, nightclubs and small restaurants are already protesting because for them it's impossible to adjust to the 1.5 metre rule.
There is one guy that owns over 50 pubs / bars in the Netherlands (the Dutch Matutes ;)) stating he's gonna open anyway on the 1st of June and doesn't care about the fines.

They'd be better treating each state differently like european countries have been. Different countries, different infection rates. Hell, even Spain is tackling it by specific region. Could you imagine if all of europe were to have one date for exiting lockdown altogether?

agree. I think even each state is probably thought too big, I think in the case of the US it should be treated county wise.

Looks like there is a beer crisis in France following bar restaurants closing side effects
10millions liters of beer to be destroyed ?
Was wondering if it could happen in Uk as ,u guys are known to be Beer drinkers ?

Yeah , but the problem is : No borders between the countys. For some measures
its nessessary . In germany some big shops ( construction shops ) in Rheinland Pfalz were closed , in Hessen open. The people came over for shopping ... shops were full
Some measures work better in s large scale

well, obviously if in one county the numbers aren't good, then the circulation needs to be confined so that spread into a different county can be prevented.

after the first few weeks hammering through crates I knew I had to switch my poison up fast before landed in beer belly town (AKA the Corona stone) ? couple of my boys say they have noticeably put weight on during lockdown.. lager is a f***er for it!

Will we see those big star dj`s like Guetta, garrix, dimitry vegas, like mike and the rest of them funny characters and high earners to now show some solidarity and donate big sums back to the people who now really need it!

That's very much the concern that's been discussed in the state of Virginia where I live -- that some sections of the state like the rural area where I live have pretty low infection rates, but if more shops and restaurants open here then people from other counties will travel here to enjoy those services.

Enforcing travel restrictions by county would be tough because it's not easily clear what county someone is from. The best they could probably do would be to just ask people to follow the new rules and hope that they do so. However, I have a tough time believing people like those at the protests would actually follow rules if they were just an ask.
