It was good, music great, not as busy as Solomon opening, perhaps not quite the atmosphere either, but a damn good night nonetheless.
I left about 6, so others who stayed later may disagree...

ok, halfway recovered after the cocoon openings marathon (but destino coming up later so still a bit more partying to be done).
I thought it was a really good opening party, both âme and sven were in good form. perfect amount of people - very busy but not completely rammed. the sound quality is amazing now in pacha, it is truly up with the best there is on the island now.
from an atmosphere / vibe point of view, it is what I had expected - it will take a bit until everyone feels home at pacha. in amnesia, everyone had 18 years to get familiar, everyone knew its place and had their spots. eventually this will happen in pacha too, but I was sure the first night would be a bit weird in regards to this.
sven played til 7:15 or so I believe.
afters at KM5 were great - not as packed as for closings last year, but perfectly busy. a perfect day out in the sun

oh. an add-on, forgot to mention this.
strangers in the night - the new official name for the second room (what used to be pachacha) is a FANTASTIC place. anyone that was disappointed in losing the funky room should go there first before complaining. IMO it is miles better than what the funky room was in the last few years. great sound, intimate vibe...a perfect alternative to the main room.

What’s the sound quality like in room 2? I mean I know it’s not big room sound.... But a friend said they thought it was too low. They may have just been away in narnia haha.

no, spors always change. km5 was open to everyone and no bands required. villa afters are more private and normally start right after the club while yesterday was a 4:30pm start only. km5 can‘t start earlier than that

Well, thinking about it.
Svens got to drive home, get his lad up and dressed ready for school. Run him to school, get home again and do a general tidy up. Might get a quick power nap between other chores (eg posting stuff sold on eBay......?). Pick his lad up, get the dinner on for when his missus gets in, travel to km5
