Would be awesome if they kept it at 50, but someone has to pay for those renovations!

Not only that, but the capacity of Pacha is a lot smaller than Amnesia. Even with vast reconfiguration, I can't imagine they will get anywhere near similar numbers post refurb

Well Pacha over priced a number of events last year, and had to reduce in the end. I mean Solomun at €70 (while the night is worth it) that price was insane! I don't want to get into to a 'Ibiza is expensive' thing, but no matter how much money you have a door tax over €40 IMO is crazy.

Also, if they are planning to increase the dancefloor and have less tables, then you need the punters in. I can't see the day when you would get "wristbands' for Pacha - I mean that would just be vulgar.... but hopefully a c€40 door tax?

You can probably get away with higher prices on the EDM side of things for say Guetta, as maybe a lot of people go away for 2 weeks holiday, and Guetta is their only night.
 
... But in balance, they may well have less DJs performing. So paying less out in artist fees.

You'd hope - what with there being some negativity amonst the Cocoon faithful in regards to the switch - they'd at least start off reasonably priced to get ppl through the door, and then gage a few weeks in.

They have often reduced June prices before - so let's hope they do this year.

Cheers. Really looking forward to seeing them pretty sure they will be solid week in week out. Are the residents the same or can we can expect some surprises?
 
Desperate to hear the closing date so I can book flights and hotels for it before they get too expensive... any clues anyone?? PMs welcome ;)
