I'm so sick with envy reading this forum at the minute I've booked time off work for September to see Sven and Solomon at pacha :mad:
 
Only popped into the opening for a couple of hours as the Mrs wasn't feeling the music and wasn't in the mood for getting any more leathered (shes banned from coming out now) but I was really enjoying it in the main room. Dirty.

It was good full dance floor and seeing Sven tempted to put on one more and he managed to resist it..

How exclusive are these? Do they pretty much start after it finishes at Amnesia?

this really depends on the place they do the afters. they can't accept more people at the afters than the place can hold you see. so, sometimes it's really only 200 people, but sometimes it's much more 'open to everyone'.
 
Quick question, on for example 6/29 where Sven is playing "all night" w/ Ten Wall Live on the terrace, at what point does Ten Walls get in there? Does Sven go from like 12 -3 and then they break the middle of the night? I couldnt imagine Ten Walls opening the terrace? I've never seen Sven w/just a live act so Im trying to get an idea of how this will work...

Ten Walls Live = an hour.

Also - whilst I think it is brilliant - it is very slow. Needs to be at the start of the night. It'd completely kill the vibe being anything than the opening act. Not to try to put you off, it's fantastic and I highly recommend seeing him.

He's really not popular on Twitter right now! Ive seen a translation of what he said on his Facebook. It's pretty hateful stuff. RA have a link to it on there news feed.
 
Creamfields have dropped him. Others will surely follow suit. Cocoon (and Amnesia) have a MASSIVE gay following.

looks like it is true
seems he deleted the offending comments (another of the internet age who forgets that what is out there for a moment is usually out there forever)

good to see he's getting short shrift for those disgusting comments

given that dance music foundations are built on the black & gay communities - its a bizarre thing to do
 
@stivi Saw you comment on another thread about Mr Ricardo Villalobos being on form last night? Did you catch his whole set? How was it? I gave up on him c2012, but be great if he's back on top...

I couldn't stay till the end (had to bring someone to the airport and then needed some sleep and had to get up at a decent time today), but the two hours I got were honestly REALLY REALLY GOOD. and that comes from someone that's not a big villalobos fan as you know. I always thought he can be genius (and he was last night), but then when he goes too crazy it's just annoying - in the past he made us leave a few parties because it was just not bearable anymore. I honestly do think these days are gone now though.
