What a Sunday ,
Dancing with our closest friends ,
But feck me it was hot , dangerously!!

Next year this need to be ticketed , I'd pay €100 for this party .
Get some aircon , get som fans , let's do it all again !!


We did 3-12 the a afters , bed for 5am ,,

:twisted::twisted::twisted: wish you'd come over mate you'd have honestly had such a blast. I was worried this year might have been invaded by tourists but if there were many they got swept up in the whole thing, was right back to Space terrace vibes and makes you quite emotional to think how little of this remains. Would dare to say even better with the beach in full flight. A glimmer is as good as a glut I guess - keeps it special :D

Good on you ... there's only one chance a year for it and it's totally worth it :twisted: I used to do far more of that but live much too far from airports now. That saves me admitting ageing reflexes are becoming a factor too :lol:

I went on my own again this year, I've always enjoyed the club night but I've never managed to get to the beach party and although I had a great time at Sankey's I must say, as a solo at the beach club I felt quite out of place as everyone seemed to know each other. To be fair, I wasn't on top form due to a few work related issues and perhaps a bit of a come down but despite the atmosphere being pretty good around me, I just felt a bit awkward which has never really happened to me travelling on my own before.

i was on my own and have met friends for life!...wasnt even making a effort...maybe people felt the need to talk to me as i was rather out of it...dont know? i found it all very socialble and no dickheads

It can happen sometimes when your head isn't in the right place and a bit more so if you're sober occasionally. There were a few big groups near the start of the sand / with beds etc. but to be honest they were mainly all just very mangled and having a blast. Was one of the friendliest crowds I've seen in ages - but if you're not feeling talkative or approachable people do kind of pick that up !
