Sounds to me like there going to make it a high end beach club/restaurant during the day and have a place to hold big name pre/after party's, with so much being demolished it would make sense if its is replaced with a similar outside setup to the Mechero beach club/Roto that the company owns photos of those two bellow.

Agree with @Clara. Was never the same when that happened and the music curfew was rolled out.

As @ibizainside said it was always fun during the days of home and we love when you could just nip over the road for a break from space.

Bora bora was dead when space after didnt exist anymore. The level restrictioons killed it.
It was the huge ibz spot not to miss, far better than big clubs, i miss those ibz 99 00 and 01 years (No EDM No melodic Techno scene at that time)

That makes more sense the building didn’t look the the right shape for it to be Bora Bora
