LAVISH NAOMI CAMPBELL LINES UP DAVID GUETTA FOR BIRTHDAY DO
...
IN these tough times, it seems like everyone is watching their wallets and saving the pennies.
Well, apart from Naomi Campbell, that is.

Never one to do things by halves, the supermodel is planning to throw a huge party in Ibiza
for her birthday next month.
She'll be turning 43, which is obviously, er, a big milestone in her life.

The notorious diva is spending over £1million on the bash,
which we're told is to be held at the opening of hot new nightspot Bomba.

An insider says: “The Black Eyed Peas are being lined up to perform and David Guetta will DJ it.”
Even more impressive than the entertainment is the guest list.
We're told that the revellers will include fellow model and pal Kate Moss, 39,
P Diddy, 43, Leonardo DiCaprio, 38, Demi Moore, 50, and Lenny Kravitz, 48.

Mossy and Diddy, in particular, are veterans of the party island fun
and will no doubt be itching to get out there and kick off another season in style.
And, of course, Naomi's billionaire boyfriend Vlad Dornonin will be there to help her celebrate.
But the festivities might look quite low-key in comparison to some of his bashes.

For his 50th birthday last November, he hired himself a 15th Century fort in India,
flew all the 200 guests out to the event by private jet
and reportedly paid 69-year-old Diana Ross £500,000 to perform.

Hmm, now we think about it,
maybe this coming party is their version of “economising”?

I love how the tabloids like to play up the excesses of the wealthy, as if they have no right to spend their money as they choose, particularly on their own birthday party.

But there's no mention of how, for her 40th birthday, she held a charity event to raise money for two foundations in Russia.

I say good for her and good for Bomba. If I could rent out a whole Ibiza club and invite my favorite DJs for my birthday, I certainly would!

Perhaps she'll be getting up for a quick spin behind the decks herself  Certainly helps set out Bomba's stall as to where it aspires to sit as a celebrity magnet and people-watching choice for the Hello! fanzine ...

I know a couple of people who work for her boyfriend. I should give them a ring!

It says in the local paper, apparently the license has been rejected for numerous reasons,I feel wounded for the guys involved, island politics hey !!!!

Presumably there's room to appeal and reverse that in time for the Opening if it's true, once the relevant hoops have been jumped through ? (Note the restraint from posting the obvious gauche remarks on the latter front :spank:).

Where will Naomi and all her friends go now ? :? ... maybe if there was a venue somewhere with a Tower, maybe some pools & Bali Beds, and a big outdoor DJ booth or something like that which could step in and save the day if she's left high and dry ? ....

source ?
where and when did you read this ??

ps:
imagine myriads of homeless djs and parties invading the island like zombies
while searching a new home - in case bomba really wouldn´t get a licence.

Eden is for sale...buy that and head there. Problem solved

 ... Ocean Beach Club follow-on - it's all in place - thinking about it, doesn't Paris Hilton's Yacht usually wind up that side of the island anyway ? About 900 berths in San An if I'm not mistaken but only 428 at Marina Botafoch - and only for vessels up to 30m .. must be a right b*gger for the glitterati trying to get a docking place

Is this VIP club going to opening still???, I have the local diario paper here in ibiza and it says that la Bomba has been refused there license,I have just scanned it and trying to upload it
