I'm sure someone will play Vangelis tomorrow night at the Cloud 9 party I'm attending. They shipped the (Klipsch?) soundsystem over from London, and the ethos is loosely based on the New York Loft parties made famous by Mancuso, now quarterly events in Spain. Deep music and proper dancers not poseurs [hopefully!] Erstwhile Spotlight member Robder was involved in the London ones - the one time we met many years ago. In a city where sound quality is usually an 'optional extra', this is a huge boost.
