Ask the PT

It is muscles that I've lost over the last 7 weeks. Holding off on the rejoining the gym. I've got weights but never have the motivation to use them - prefer to use the gym for that.
I lost a third of my weight since I started trying. So to those who say it isn't possible... it is!
 
still haven't been to the gym for my induction :lol:

I have however, been getting out on my bike a couple of times a week, so at least its a start.

Well, I finally did it! Its only been 18 months of being a member at the gym, first session today :lol:

Dunno why I waited that long. No excuse now as the new gym opened up directly opposite my flat so basically ran out of excuses.
