Another Girlie Thread

Do you mean that Touché e cat / clat wtf is it called?!
yes....its ok....but there are cheaper versions out there that are just as good:D

I like the Virgin Vie one.....is that an old ladies brand because its really popular here in Spain:roll:

Yes thats the one. I did hear about a Loreal one that was meant to be good, cant remember the name. I need something for my eyes as sometimes they do look a bit "baggy" but nothing too thick as I dont wear foundation or anything.

Virgin Vie looks nice to me (bit pricey though)

Sar, the most important is to make sure they know you don't want a "Carnaval en Rio" fantasy Make up, just something for going out or for going to work.

Never heard of this, it must be very popular in andalucía

I think some guiri woman has bought it over but its now in the El Corte Ingles.....and we have a fancy little shop too.:D

Its really difficult to get Mac here....and Benefit is a no no....

I don't really wear or like a lot of make-up, I guess what I want is for them to make my 'normal' look look better and advise on any products/ways to make it last etc so I don't end up with all sliding all over my face

I couldn't live without a little eyeliner and mascara!!

What does everyone use? At the mo I use three!! Christian Dior, Clinque and Lancome one!!!

Then I would choose your fav make up brand :D

The lessons I'm taking is not a brand thing, is someone who will teach me to get the most of my make up, which products of any brand go better with me, so I'm sure she is not going to try to sell me every product of a brand. I'm really looking forward to it :D

Do you have any friends that are good at applying make-up etc?

I find that the make-up artists in the department stores just want you to buy as many products as possible therefore you walk out the shop wearing eyeliner, mascara, eyeshadow, blusher, lippy, lip liner etc etc. therefore looking indeed like a drag queen!

I don't really wear makeup. I use highlighter on my cheek bones and I have just bought the new blistex which is amazing and cooling when applied to the lips mmmmmm

What is the best mascara brand??

I have tried so many brands and I still haven't found one I am totally happy with :?

I can't live without my "circule under eyes" corrector, cos I have them very dark. I also use mascara and a bit of white eye shadow to make my eyes look biger.

I tried lots of brands and now a days I'm using a clear one. My problem is that I touch my eyes too much and so my mascara ends in my checks.

I have tried loads I always try the new ones that are out or on offer.

I only use the cheapy brands though, at the mo I got the Rimmel one Kate Moss is advertising and surprisingly enough its the first one I have used that does actually make them look like the advert!
