Amnesia and Space Closing Strategy

that wasn't the afterparty of amnesia closing but the closing party of ushuaia itself (but yes, to many, including me, it served as an afterhour after amnesia closing).
there was an afterhour after amnesia opening at punta arabi. maybe they'll repeat that? maybe not because there's space closing just starting afterwards...? lets see.

So, we are a few guys coming from Copenhagen to attend the closing parties(best parties of the year).
Our plan are as follows:
We arrive saturday early evening. We are planning to have dinner som nice place and afterwards have a few drinks before heading early to bed(let's see if this plan will succeed) ;-)
Sunday morning we plan to get up around 7-8 am and have some drinks etc. before heading to amnesia around 10 am. Probably we'll stay until 3 pm trying to get a cab back before the place close down. Then back to the hotel for a few hours of drinks and "relaxation" before heading to space in the late afternoon. I reckon we wont make it till space closes at midday monday, so we will head back to the hotel when we cant stand up no more.
As far as DC10, we will go sometime around 2-3 pm and take it from there : -)
As always, we have not purchased any tickets and will sort it out on the island.
Can't wait to be back on the white isle for some serious RAVE!!!!!

Exactly. Thats one of the good things about closing parties. You are able to carry on directly from Space : -) Another good thing is, that the garden will have music also

Got the same plan as urs CopenhagenRaver, with the addition of Ushuaia closing, the day before, but should b able 2 get some rest after that n before gettin up to head to amnesia by 9-10am...and space i might hit a bit later depending if i get the timetables for who's playing when, as I wouldn;t wana drain out too early not catching the big finales... 
Right then......the plan is almost baselined......
I expect a full debrief on this thread from all brothers in arms with a prize to whoever's plan goes the most tits-up.
- Bed early on Saturday (somehow...)
- Leisurely vodka limons for breakfast at Pikes (Changed Ushuaia booking to Pikes based on McRackin and Kimajy recommendations btw)
- Arrive Amnesia about 9ish and stay until end
- Freshen up at hotel and maybe enjoy a bit of Sunday roast (if its still going)
- Should just have time to fit in Antiques Roadshow and Songs of Praise
- Arrive at Space at 8ish, and get dragged away kicking and screaming by the ladies at some point
- Contemplate DC-10 but will probably need to fly solo.
I expect a full debrief on this thread from all brothers in arms with a prize to whoever's plan goes the most tits-up.

when I looked at booking earlier today, only to find all the rooms had already been taken

Probably going to do Freddies or Blue Marlin rather than Space closing this year. Will probably do Love Soul Ibiza Festival / a bit of Atzaro Healing Day and a trip to Benirras for sunset rather than Amnesia closing. Gettin' old and crusty just thinking about it !!

We're stopping at Atzaro for the first bit of the hols, so think I definitely need to shout you a beer or two there or at Freddies for letting us book the last two rooms.

amnesia web site say: Due to some external pressures and circumstances beyond our control we have decided not to do the Official After-Hours Party expected for Sunday evening.

i don't understand....usually amnesia closing finish at 17....and now what happend?? they will finish more early?? evening hours = from 20 h...probably that finish at mid afternoon as always??
