Amnesia and Space Closing Strategy

Can someone explain to me when the Amnesia and Space parties take place....time-wise?

Amnesia
Saturday 11pm - approx. 6am Martinee closing
Sunday 6am - approx. 5pm Richie Hawtin / Loco Dice / Marco Carola / Paco Osuna

Space
Sunday 4pm - 8am

anyone braving amnesia/space/dc10 closing. triple whammy?!

That would be myself :D

Not done Amnesia closing before & not too sure now reading about how rammed it is.

But the plan is to arrive on the Saturday night, head to Amnesia around 9am leave 3pm latest, shower, food, alcohol. Into space for 6pm, no planned leaving time :? but hopefully plenty to ensure being fresh for going DC10 before 6pm on the Monday.

Bought my Space & DC10 tickets from here already, was planning on leaving Amnesia until on the door. Is this wise ?

did you pay on the door? and what time does amnesia close on, erm, the closing?

yup at the door...or better to say to the doorman...at this time of the morning the club is not the one who decides the prices...its doormans...they can let you in for free or 20 euros or 60....you need to catch them in a good mood and not being drunk.... :)

yes it used to be like that for the past few years, but i can't remember it being like that last year actually. because of the huge line-up they had they still charged ppl "normally" as far as i can remember.

yeah, 2008 i'd say was the last time you could just walk in and leave a tip for the door staff. in 2009 and definitely last year.....it was like a normal club event, as if you'd arrived at the door of cocoon at 3am.

well not for me...as said...11am...no queue at all, doorman asked for 20 euros.... :)

anyone know when space set times will be announced? or do any space closing regulars have a decent idea of what times and arenas certain djs will be playing in?

06:30h

just about the best time to get there IMO

Why do the internet pre-sale have a time limit? I would like to buy my tickets before I travel, but don't want to be restricted by having to in the venue by 6:30am.

That is exactly why I don't order internet tickets again.
Last time we got there at 5:00 and had to wait until 6:00 to get in.
It then took until 9:00 until it got interesting. If I go there again, I will not go before 10 that is for sure.

mainly because they have to try and control the flow of people going into the club. i'm sure if you arrived at 8am, they wouldn't stop you entering the club, but it's not really a risk i'd like to take.

6am is the perfect time to arrive. i think dice started at about 8 last year.

Cool. We arrived about nine last year and Dice had already started, going to go a bit earlier this time round to try and catch the majority of all the sets. More on the line up this year as well with Paco Osuna and the live act.
