Still looking for 2 tickets for the full club night for Sven closing in October

Currently only got the 2 x garden and 1 x club after 2am purchased separately

If anyone knows of any going, please let me know 🤞🙏
 
Thinking of going to Tales of the Unexpected on Friday 5th Sep.. Would there be dancing outdoors likes Sven early, of just background in the Cafe?

Ignore me. Wasn't checking which thread I was on!!!

No outside action for Tales Of The Unexpected. They do early evening inside the café with free entry

Sven was good yesterday, enjoyed the garden bit especially when he dropped Underworld - 2 Months Off but boy was it hot, could feel the sweat dripping down my back. Was much better inside with a bit of air con. Played some good stuff inside, had a good spot right to the side of his booth so enjoyed seeing the man at work. Only thing that slightly annoyed me was some of the people trying to push passed or take my spot without even as much as a tap on the shoulder or ‘excuse me’ in any language, had words with a few people about it and pushed one back to where they come from. Don’t care if they know Sven, some basics manners don’t go amiss. Left at about 3, we felt we were done at that point after about 6 hours.

sorry to hear that, and am a bit surprised, usually the akasha crowd is very nice and grown up about those things

It surprised me too to be honest, it didn’t detract from the enjoyment as it was isolated. I guess where I was standing didn’t help but nevertheless just some manners, don’t be rude it’s easy. Tap me on the shoulder and say something in whatever language, I’ll get the gist of what you’re saying in the manner it’s said. There was another girl who literally just stood right in front of me but didn’t say a word and I just gently moved her away, she looked round surprised and I just said ‘I’m already here’ and she moved for good.

Other than the few people like that I cannot complain about Akasha, been twice now and I really like the place. Small, intimate with an older crowd.

Few people were reminded not to record too but I think that’s more to do with what Sven and his friends get up to behind the decks.
