his new project is called novum ibiza..... its the restaurants and premises of el pato and ars vivendi in ctra. santa gertrudis km 3 :!:

the project is quiet a big one and the final concept is a combination of gourmet and good quality food in the restaurants, best cocktails, luxury lounge and much more.....

i think there only chance to recover (in a few years) is
when the harbour for the ferries etc is moving
and they gain free access to the water ...
