02 Arena - Michael Jackson

I'm going and will spend whatever it takes to get the best possible tickets.

Your kids innoncence?

I'm in.

Yes it will not be as good as whatever, but why the f*ck not, eh?

It'll be better than 99% of any other gig you'll see in your lifetime and worth it just for the spectacle.

Robder faves:

Dancing machine
Rock with you
Working day and night
Can't help it
PYT
Lady in my life
Human Nature
Another part of me
Just good friends
Who is it

8)

Some great ones in there my man...
Id have to add 'get on the floor' and 'stranger in moscow' as well.

Dirty Diana is fab too.

I'll hopefully be getting tickets for this. i got loads of freebies for the prince gigs but couldn't get down to London go so gave them to my mates/family in london. All of them, prince and non prince fans said he was amazing.

Olly, amusing as your tirade was, i bet i have more fun at this musical looney's gig than you ever have at your Ecuadorian Old School Electro House gigs (or whatever the latest high credential avant garde trend is at the time).

Jamone!!

ain't got nothing to do with being underground.

like I said, it's 2009 not 1987

you're all living in the past. It will be utter crap.

+ don't be too surprised to see him deploy endless camera tricks to dupe the crowd. eg dancing silhouettes, and an endless stream of backing dancers whilst he's sat on some throne backstage stroking some cat.

I agree with you but I still stopped taking notice when you said Prince was average.

No, my objection to the Prince gig was not based on his talent, it was based on those wretched Jive Bunny-esque medleys of my fave Prince tracks.

one of the true legends of music. off the wall is one of the soundtracks to my childhood, forget the mccartney love ins though.

far too many tracks to mention, love all the classics, but favs include 'wanna be startin somethin' and agree with mr.gray about "the way you make me feel".

i also think 'you rock my world' is classic jacko, despite being released much later.

You rock my world is a great Track from his modern era. I like Stranger in Moscow and Blood on the Dance Floor too.

:D

Disagree! say say say is a belter!

I concur. Listened to Thriller last night in the car. The Girl is mine spoken "argument" in too McCartney going "I dont believe it" almost makes me forgive him for the Frog song...
