I'm not one to play devils advocate (lol) but bodybuilding doesn't necessarily equate to improved well-being. In fact, a lot of people who partake in body building suffer with conditions such as body dysmorphia, bulimia, steroid abuse, and, in my opinion the worst condition of all, low cut vest wearing.
absolutely
And also a bit like people that don't participate really (Referring to general fitness). In fact, a lot of people who don't partake in fitness suffer with obesity, risk of high blood pressure developing, increase risk of anxiety/depression and general lack of endurance.
Nothing wrong with a low cut vest on a Pigeon chested, carpet roll holding, fruit bowling meat head...Not being stereotypical of course
I love a nice racerback
