Santander in San an has never charged me :/ I will check it out next week and be sure to let you know. With a santander 123 account you can get free cash withdrawals anywhere in Spain

You can get free withdrawals from Spain on the Santander 123 Account as long as you meet this guide line:

- For adult current account customers paying in at least £500 each month, withdrawals from Santander cash machines in Spain are free of charge.

Also, there is a £2 a month fee for this account.

So, unless someone back home can put in £502 into your account each month, I wouldn't recommend it.
 
I don't pay £2 a month or regularly put in £500 but it may be because over the year it averages out maybe. And there's always atleast a few grand in there.
 
well that's what it says on their website, also I don't think the average worker will have a few grand in their account.
