isn't it odd that people with a lisp or rhotacism can't pronounce their 'impediment' and dyslexics can't write it?

btw did you hear about the dyslexic rock star who drowned on his own vimto?

stephen is making a joke about people being dyslexic. Vimto is a drink but it is a joke on rock stars that die from choking on their own vomit. entiendes?

The other languages you mention are not proper spanish languages and all of them are spoken by inmigrants who are supposed to speak spanish.

Silvia, the information i posted wasn't made up by me, but written by linguists whose job it is to research the worlds languages. Just thought it was interesting info.

I have perfect knowledge of the linguistic reality of my own country. If they consider chines is an iberic language it's up to them but there's no way I'm considering it as an iberic language.

You don't necessarily have "perfect" knowledge though - i certainly don't have perfect knowledge about British languages - and i've spent 5 years at uni studying it!

It's a interesting information (that add more confusion to most of the visitors to this post, tho) but maybe it's a bit too much scientific for us.

Chines spanish language? What do you consider spanish language?

the point is that mandarin, cantonese, japanese, german, polish, albanian are probably spoken by many people but clearly they are not indigenous to the iberian penisula.

if we were to follow this analysis then pretty much every language in the world could be said to be spoken in the USA or UK. although i do agree that where languages are more widespread in a country like punjabi or urdu in the UK or more pertinently, spanish in the US, then they should be included as languages spoken in that area.
