What's the weather like at the moment?

Went for a run yesterday evening and the humidity was no joke, may as well have not wore the white vest it turned see through. So this rain is nice tbh as it has cooled right down.
Still FAR too hot & muggy for running for me but intending to get back to it after these storms (hopefully) clear the air & the temperature. Not ran in Ibiza since the Half Marathon in April. Although made it back to Pilates this morning.

Tbh I’m not as much of a runner anymore but whilst I’m away for a short period it’s just a bit of fitness and makes a nice change to back home. The hills around San An are no joke, from wips all the way up to Mercadona and passed there to the next roundabout is a killer.

Same and heavy agree! That’s my running area and I much prefer running through the woods towards Gració and then doing the seafront loop towards Cala de Bou.

Definitely no running today though!

Whilst it was pissing down earlier I went to Master Gym in San An. Great little old skool gym, what I’m used to at home.

Back home in the UK it's mixed, mild enough but lots of heavy showers around. The forecast for Milton Keynes Pride this Saturday was appalling, but now much better and we might get away with it, the rules and regs won't allow in big brolleys....what?? This is the frigging UK, we LIVE under a brolly!!

Meanwhile, glad I got it right about the dates of the Ibiza storms - although it's too predictable, happens every year in mid-Sept! Hope those underground aquifers are filling up, but when I arrive no doubt the light brown airport grass will have turned green after all this rain!

Ibiza looks clear enough right now!

Got my slippers and a jumper on this morning. It has definitely cooled down after the storm

(I am also a very cold human) 😅

I was wearing a cover up over my dress for the first time in months! No AC needed last night either. So grateful for the cooler, fresher weather although the mosquitoes are also enjoying it too…

I looked into this a few years back, some interesting articles on Google about how accuracy has improved. The consensus is that 5 days out has 90% accuracy, seven days drops to about 80%, and a 10 day forecast is right only half the time.
When i was out in June the forecast 3 days out was saying clouds every day and that was wrong, so guess its best just to wait and see.
Could be worse, so far today pretty much all I've seen out my window is rain!

Arriving on the 27th. Just had a look for the first time today at the advance forecast. All they can agree on is it will be warm - warmer than average it appears. As for sun - rain - thunder - anyone's guess!
