may I also add the dramatic autumn sunset skies have started as well. wow wow wow
The rain and thunder can move along on the weather forecasts from TuesdayI’ve an outdoor party to attend
So if the forecast is correct and let’s say on Tuesday afternoon it’s torrential, would 528 pikes cancel?
so just an update on the weather forecast for the next few days.
tomorrow might still be sunny - or, as today, a mix of sun, clouds and sahara dust (which is what we've got again a bit right now). but I think tomorrow monday should still be dry (or if we get any rain it shouldn't be much).
tuesday is the day when we should pretty certainly get rain, and possibly also quite a lot in a small window of time - currently it looks like it'll be the central hours of the day, but obviously this can still change quite a bit.
wednesday possibly some last raindrops and then the sun comes back and after that it looks sunny again.
I would definitely not plan any boat days, hikes or beach club visits for tuesday. and I have a feeling that outdoor parties might indeed get cancelled possibly because the government's weather agency has activated an orange alert for tuesday.
Yeah I think I’ve already decided I might just head to the gym by the hotel, doesn’t look a good day. I think every time I’ve been to Ibiza it rains at some point so comes as no surprise on a longer trip!
Speaking of the weather, although cloudy today it was incredibly hot. Went on a great, shortish hike (3.5mi/1,100ft) including the eye of es Vedra.
it was muggy AF this morning yeah!
Any personal tips of what to do in Ibiza when it rains?

ibiza town day - shopping, food and drinks and peoplewatching. go by bus though, because when it's bad weather EVERYONE tries to go to ibiza town by car.
book a spa day - aguas de ibiza, hacienda na xamena, can curreu etc. atzaro as well. get that nice massage in you've been wanting to get for ages.

If you love ibiza, and want it to belong for decades as it is, just love it as a gift from Mother Earth, something that will keep you able to come back before this island turn into a desert.
