What exactly is paella?

i cook a wickid a paella, if i don't mind saying so myself. actually all i do is cook it, me dad prepares it all and stuff. ;)

theres a resturant just off the beach between san an and san an bay, ive walked past it a couple of times and the paella looks quality there.

Anyone been??
 
All this talk of paella and me being hungry at 9AM at work makes me want to quit now, take my severance pay and fly to Ibiza now :D

I had my first paella a few weeks ago (chicken and seafood) and although it was okay it wasn't really my thing. Although I woouldn't mind one at Es Boldado at Cala d'Hort
