What can we all learn from the teenage pregnancy scandal?

EDUCATION

our schools are funked.

Teachers cant discipline kids, cos kids know they can get away with things.

Heads can exclude kids, but they can appeal to the school board or some panel of nobodies who know nothing of the child, and usually re-instate them.

BRING BACK THE SLIPPER!

Education is word with a wide sense, it's not only about school or college or that kind of education, it talks about your background, your cultural environement and all that.

i blame the government for my lack of attention during english class.

No worries Sil. Chewie, you need a capital letter for 'I', as it is a proper noun. Also, a comma after 'life' in the first sentence would make it scan better. After the first question, you need a capital letter....oh hang on a minute...you meant....

Buckley, do you have the vital need to make joke of EVERYTHING including serious debates?

Yes. Why did the chicken cross the road?

Ok, no, I don't have to, but give that what I'm interupted is an basic argument on opposite views, in which neither party is giving any new information likely to convert the other, I don't think I'm stopping the saving of Britain from social decay.Do you Sil?

If the Sun writ it, its true innit?

I live in a city which has one of the highest proportion of people on benefit per percentage in the Uk. I also work in the administration of these Benefits. You shouldn't tar everyone with the same brush. Some people desperately need that help. But like everything, where help is offered, its always taken advantage of. Those Kids bore children at an unacceptable age. No matter what you say, or what anyone else says, the parents should be held accountable. If that mother goose condoned that behaviour (and i mean short of not kicking the shite out of her 12 year old for doing things she shouldnt have been doing) then she is and wasnt ever fit to be a mother. Society is too soft on idiots now. Sort them out!

Sil, I think our wires are crossed. The joke (as bad as it may have been) was me pretending you were looking for someone to educate Chewie. Chewie knows (I presume Chewster?) I'm not being "xxxxx"* because I've made a point of saying that I'm aware that is 'mistakes' aren't the result of a lack of education, but I've suspended that belief for the sake of the joke.

*I'm also unsure of the word you are looking for. There doesn't seem to be enough x's to call me a pain in the ass.

Well I don't live in England so I don't know the real dimension of the problem although I have heard about it. I think this sort of thing allways come from background enviroment and education. What you have seen and lived during your youth has a lot to do with you behaviour in the future, and I know it doesn't have anything to do with this subject but is good as example of what I want to say, is not a coincidence that delinquets normally have a background related to poverty and delinquency, and is not a coincidence that people with an x background have this sort of behavior.
I don't think is a matter of laziness I think is a matter of background, no education whatsorever that may improve another type of life . It is a sort of disenchantment, that I think comes from the life they have had and my opinion is that they should try to change that part. I think this people haven't had the same oportunitys of the rest so their options get quite reduced. Somepeople say that now a days you have the liberty to choose what you want to do with your own life but this is a half truth because living in the slums reduce the oportunitys to do what you wish.

Quite clearly not Stuie, old chap:

"(Soz Chewie - I've sure you are more than educated and just don't take to much care when posting, but why let that spoil a joke, eh? )"

I typed it really, really slow this time. Any easier to understand?

And for the avoidance of doubt, the  at the end is meant to indicate playful, friendly ribbing. :P
