Grego, cheers did a search on google, your not wrong - thats the bloke - glad i got it right and its not some poor bar staffer. He was wearing the same white cap he has on in the link. No basic manners such as holding doors open for people behind, he ran over and gave a big mouthfull to some poor kid who had dared put his feet on the sofa (i thought sankeys was a dirty proper clubbers club..:? ) and generally strutted around with a frown on his face creating gangster vibes wherever he went.

However, I am sure he is wealthier and far better 'connected' than me so I had better be careful!

monday - shopping in oxford street for more ibiza outfits - only three more weekends to go.....!!! and outfit planning with my friend in the evening hurrah!:p

all this shopping for 'costumes' and outfits' that the ladies of spotlight seem to be doing in the run up to godsownisland. this must be an expensive stress, yet I imagine fun at the same time!

Am i glad i am male at this point. jeans & t shirts are my nighttime uniform!

Nice tshirts (imo!) and jeans mind, my question is do the gents of spotlight also take as much time selecting their ibiza outfits?

not had the misfortune to meet him myself but he does things like if he is introduced to someone, he walks off without saying a word or sometimes would just blank people, even people who later he would probably say were a friend.

even the people who said he was alright to them, take him with a pinch of salt cos they not what he is generally like or that at best, they might have caught him on a good day.

in a word = twat.

Weekend

Friday: Tapas with friends then on to Feria (fair) in Rota, andulucia ended at 6 am what great place to Party
Saturday: Cinco De Mayo BBQ with Mexican fiend drank large quantities of takillya and coronita's. Had to skip the Feria (fair) got poured into a taxi around 2100. Cinco De mayo mad my head hurt
Sunday: Still felt like Cinco de Mayo going on in my head. Looked for gun to kill lion that sh@t in my mouth :( Got up around 1400 had lunch with friends watched Arsenal draw. Went to bed early
Monday: told friends off for having me drink so much takillya. chilled all day @ the beach.

Annual (now legendary) weekend jaunt to a random country cottage with about 14 others.

BBQ, sunshine, nice walks and some crazy all night sessions. 8O

Didn't want to go home. Feel like death today.

Fri - met Tom after work for Ibiza clothes and sunglasses shopping - completed the sunglasses project with a fab pair of white Marc Jacobs - now where is the sun  Was meant to be going to friend's birthday meal @ Annex 3 but I'd not been very well all week so went home and had early night so I was on top form for the weekend shenanigans.

Sat - girlie stuff in the day while Tom was at work, in the evening went round to Rob and Erin's and sat in their fancy new garden (complete with chimcharee  ) for lots of pre-Turnmills wines. Got to Turmills about 11 and Norman Jay was warming the place up nicely, Danny Rampling played from 1 - 3 and it was obvious how much he still loves being behind the decks (after his set he even joined everyone dancing on the dancefloor like a regular clubber), then David Morales played til close. He started his set with Needin U (specially for Ferd  ) and from then on it was one exploding moment after another :D and so many 'moments' - 'You are not alone'   Absolutely superb set, good to see that the topless one has still got it :D Left at the end and first of all back to ours for usual aftershow antics, then mid-afternoon moved the proceedings back to Rob and Erins for the afteraftershow - great day, very funny and top company :D Got to bed late Sunday night.

Monday - up late, pub, lunch, wine, bed.

friday - had the worst meal out - local italian, seated in the back right next to the swinging kitchen door, with one other couple who were clearly very drunk and ended up in a loud, tearful argument. we had to laugh - it was so bad, it was good!

Sat - lovely afternoon at friends new place, made the most of the sunshine with lunch in their garden with plenty of wine and moet to wash it all down with. Sat evening had friends round for drinks then out to Slaang which was great, if a bit scarily nu-rave. I've never seen so many glowsticks. Jesse Rose was fantastic. Then on to the toilet for an excellent afters - love that place, toni and hector were on top form...

Mon - just about recovered, some light shopping in town, then spicy thai food to sweat out the last of the toxins. :)

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D /10

Friday: Pub after work, then a night in watching telly.

Saturday: Sister came to town so I went punting with her and her boyfriend followed by a pub lunch when my dad popped by too, then a quick jaunt round the modern art museum here. Then home to drink and read in the garden.

Sunday: Secret sundaze which was excellent, absolutely loved it although it was a liiitle too full. Followed this by the after party at the key which was ok but nothing special, kinda wished I'd gone to retox. Napped on a friends sofa for a couple of hours then dragged my arse to the toilet which was good fun, although not the best I've been to! Mitsi I probably saw you there, it's a tiny place! Perhaps we even know each other 8O

Followed the toilet with a couple of hours in a pub then T-bar (interuppted with a couple of hours at the old blue last for trailer trash). Finally got home around 1am this morning, very tired today :?

Brilliant weekend!

Secretsundaze was excellent - the best thing I've been to in London for ages.

Samim in particular blew me away and James Priestley was very good as well. I thought the first part of Andre Galluzzi's set was a bit too low-key, but he picked things up later. There was one particular tune Samim played with a kind of crazy harmonica line over the top that whipped everyone right up - and he played it twice.

Even though it was pretty crowded, the vibe was super-friendly throughout. A classic day out - didn't bother with carrying on as we decided nothing could top what we'd already had.

It was a nightmare getting from one end to the other but no one was getting arsey like they often do about the flow of people. In fact a bit of sun and we could have been in Ibiza!

Did people just move from Canvass to the Key or was it a diff crowd. We were debating but then decided to just go out in Shoreditch for a few drinks.

Is the toilet you speak of Public Life?

Friday - Drinks out at Local with a mate of mine who is moving to Singapore, he was hammered when I picked him up at his house and after 2 more Stella's he was really struggling:roll: He insisted on then getting KFC, stumbled into the place and stumbled out with a 14 piece bucket, I had a couple of pieces then dropped him home with the remaining 12 pieces:roll:

Saturday - Daytime Watched Bristol City take second spot in the 1st Division. A decent performance and well deserved considering earlier in the season they were 23rd in the table! It really was mad at the final whistle, despite pleas from the tannoy not to do it, there was a mass pitch invasion with people kissing the ground and hugging the players. All very good spirited at night with lots of very happy city fans and rovers fans as they had got into the playoffs.

Night Drinks in Bristol centre, early start at 8 as I was meeting one of the DJs to pick up my tickets for Oakie at Syndicate in Bristol. The club hasn't changed dramatically since I last went there 12 years ago but it didn't have the full on Chav crowd that I was worried might be there (given that the centre of Bristol on a sat night is usually full of Chavy blokes!) I think perhaps they were put off by the lack of tickets on the door and the price of £14. Met some people that I recognised from DSI and stayed around them most of the night. Oakie was excellent, played a bit of house that turned in full on trance, some classics as well as some newer stuff, he really did seems to be enjoying himself and given that he was only on until 2 officially and ghad a gig to get to in Newcastle he did well to carry on until 2.20pm.
All finished at 4am, which I always struggle to get my head round compared to London clubbing but that was probably enough given my state on Sunday.

Sunday - Dog walking, a bit of gardening and then watched various footie, great Madrid vs Sevilla game:)

Monday - Dog walking, jet washed all the bricks at the front of house with acid, to prove to my wife that I have at least done one of the jobs on the list that she left me prior to going away for a week:lol:

pretty much the secret sundaze crowd, but more the dregs of them rather than the shoreditchy types, which I presume returned there.

Yep, the toilet I speak of is public life :D

I've not been to bogged out, I generally only go to the sunday afternoon parties, kubicle.

Over the summer they are doing a few morning events instead of afternoon ones, 6am til 12, as it gets too hot otherwise. That's good for work the next day

possibly 8O were you there sunday or monday though? I was sunday - left about 11am though... I don't go as often as i'd like to - need at least a day to recover! ;)

Perfect for a Saturday night carry on....messiness factor will go through the roof....cant imagine there will be too many fresh faced people who simply got up at 6am to go

Bogged out is good as well. They had Rui da Silva down a few weeks ago when I went last
