Weekend Rundowns...

Bored on a Sunday night, so weekend rundowns guys:

Fri:Worked till 10pm, so just came home and chilled in front of the box

Sat: Worked all day At night, went and met a mate in town, then caught up with all my other mates in a club. It got very messy at that stage; VERY strong batch of sweeties going round up here just now Cant remember too much, but think I was on the dancefloor most of the night

Ended up back at a party with mates from Ibiza, and woke about 2ish this afternoon on the floor

Sun: Long walk back to mine, stopping off at Marks and Spencer for some quality sandwiches Then, the Police came round cause they needed me for a statement (Mums car got damaged), while I tried to hide my saucer eyes

Saturday night -

Meal with a large group of friends in Loch Fynne fish restaurant in Bristol (I had the seared tuna with shiitake mushrooms and green salad, Mrs Jam had lobster 8) )

.....then on to a friend's new bar (Mu Mu's) before hitting a club until 4am (late for me these days)

Managed to keep it down to just a few glasses of wine then mostly water (January health kick )

Back home for 4:30am

Mini Jam woke at 5am so I brought him into bed with us.

He then snored into my ear until 8am.......

Friday: meet Barbie and Tom at nine, after so many excited hugs and shouts by Sar & Sil we then went to my friend's bar, had a lovely dinner, lots of wines, beers, joints, a birthday candle for the birthday princess, carajillos (cofee+licor) and a bottle of cava we left around midnight and we went to Sar and Tom minimalistic and stunning hotel for a bit of "botellon". Managed to leave around 4

Saturday: Spent most of the day doing nothing, on the evening meet my intelectual friends, drunk and smoked too match and managed to get home around 2

Sunday: Went to see Barça basketball match at midday, after the match me and Pep met Sar and Tom again and had a great lunch of few tapas and paella Then me and Pep went to the theatre with my nieces and nephew and then took them for a hot chocolate

Friday night - stayed in and watched BB.

Saturday - met up with my mum and dad for lunch and went to see a cock and bull story which was funny in bits.

Saturday night - went to the pub for my friend's birthday then headed out clubbing and drank too much vodka and zambuca. Ended up being too drunk, got upset by something someone said to me and ended up having an arguement with Scott! This is why I don't normally drink much!

Sunday - Woke up with amazingly no hangover and made up with Scott. Went into town and bought a lovely new sterio and Scott bought me a cute pink digital camera for my birthday! Came home and fell asleep and then couldn't sleep last night (hate when that happens!)

Friday: Went for an absolutely delicious 3 course dinner at my friends house, ended up getting quite drunk and then thinking it would be a good idea to get some goodies in, went out clubbing to Oxford's dire friday nighter, came home, said hello to uncle kenneth, can't remember anything else except always bumping into two people sitting in the airing cupboard all night.

Woke up on the floor feeling absolutely rough on sat

Sat: Woke up at 11, watched T4 until I felt a little better, got a taxi home and fell asleep in front of kath and kim on living. Ended up sleeping until sunday morning so missed any kind of fruitful day.

Sun: went to see jarhead in the evening. It was ok, I felt a bit indifferent to it to be honest. Applied for a job during the day, I hope I get an interview

Fri - Quiet night in - my sister came round for a bit which was nice!

Sat - Got up early to catch a train to go to Birmingham - they weren't running so got a train to London instead! Train took ages so didn't have long there so headed for Topshop! Got some really nice things! Went out at night in Leicester - was a fairly good night!

Sun - Lounged around all day - hid new clothes from mum

Feel awful today - ache all over! Really don't want to be at work!

Sat: a mate was playing at a club called Hidden (formerly studio 33?) in classy Vauxhall. had mucho fun with me mates. club full of very young very funked people. chris played a wicked electro set which went down a storm.

Another very quiet weekend for me...

Friday - done a dance class at the gym. Was good fun apart from the 50 something man in way too tight hotpants dancing in front of me
Jon cooked me bangers and mash for dinner, watched BB eviction.

Saturday - me and Jon went to Bluewater to use up the vouchers we got for Christmas. Bought a few tops, plus a pair of All Saints jeans which although I didnt have vouchers for, were too nice to resist (and they were half price! )
Went over a friend's place in the evening, few glasses of wine, played Monopoly (!!), played Ibiza cd's and discussed how we're going to spend our 10 days there in June

Sunday - went for a jog in the morning with Jon, done some shopping in Tescos, then drove home for my mum's roast.
Spent the evening trying to set up our new broadband at home took bl00dy ages, but it's now done so hopefully our home pc will be much more speedy!

Given this and your comment in the other thread sounds as though you also have experienced the limited edition (hopefully!) batch with added special K My moles have identified sightings all over Scotland - death dunters as they are being called

Friday: Had a lovely pasta dinner and sat infront of the tv for a bit, went to bed fairly early.

Saturday: Got up early and waited for a collection. Walked into Birmingham with Joey and we went to Central Library, Ikon Gallery and then went to a little italian cafe on Broad Street for something to eat. I ordered what was supposted to be a mixed grilled vegetable baguette. Came to me all soggy and wet so that was wasted.

Walked back home and had a quick cuppa before heading back out again and over to do some food shopping (slim fast shakes, milk, slimfast bars) had fun trying on some Vera Duckworth glasses

Had some more pasta for dinner.

Went to bed really early at 8.30pm because i couldnt shift the headache that i woke up with

Ended up being woken up at midnight because of people above us banging around

Sunday: Up early again ad managed to hear people above us speaking and have now discovered that they are spanish, Will leave them a note in their letter box in spanish. What is Elephant in Spanish???

Stayed in our pj's until 4pm, had an early chicken and veg dinner and browsed at some homes uuup nooorth on the net. Got ready and went to see my cousins 1 week old baby who is just adorable. Born at just 5 lbs 11 Oz he is tiny and feels so light. Nearly ran away with him but thought better of it.

Went to visit my mom and then headed back home.

Absolutely nothing naughty due to spending both days with my friends and their little rug rats..... Absolutely loved it!

Very happy Mr PL after beating Arsenal on Saturday . So good weekend all round.

Feel so bright eyed and bushy tailed today - which is just as well due to the massive amount of work I have come into this morning.......

The highlight of my weekend was going to ikea on sunday, which was a hideous experience! Rachel loves Ikea but sadly i don't share her love for it.

Talk about living for the weekend.....back to normal this weekend though.

Good to hear Sil and Barbie had a good time. Barca werent on top form yesterday, but we still won which the most important thing.

Sat: Ended my detox at Serious at Turnmills. It was ok, but I think they chose the wrong venue. Turnmills was too big for Serious, specially considering its late Jan and everyone is very skint. Good sets from Simon Patterson and Norman Jay.

Played in my new little 'studio', which I'm naming 'Telescope Studios' for reasons apparent to anyone who has visited during the day

Spent £2.50 all weekend

Very good weekend, followed by a very hard day at work today

Friday - Went to a reception after work for an acquaintence who's leaving Moscow. Got a bit tipsy on the wine before coming home to change clothes and post a message on Spotlight about freezing my face Met up with some colleagues from work at karaoke, the highlight of which was my performance of Madonna's "Like a Virgin"

Up next was club Fabrique where Little Louie Vega kept the place hopping Not sure exactly when I went home.

Saturday - Got up and made myself some crepes then lazed around the house for a bit before dozing off in the evening. I woke up at midnight - traditional going out time around these parts, so I decided it would be rude not to go see Rennie Pilgrem at club Gorod ("city"). I didn't have time to get a crew together so I went solo, and it was the first time I can remember going to an all breaks night. The cute Russian DJ girl who warmed up was very good, as were the dirty tech-house DJs in the second room, which I visited often. Rennie played quite a decent breaks set and by 4am, every kid named Vova (nickname for Vladimir) was suddenly my best friend

Afterwards, it had to be my regualar after-hours haunt, Mix, where I ran into all the usual suspects and danced until 8:30 or so before calling it a night. Local early morning techno DJ master Meshkov was joined by Danish DJ Theodor Vox. Vaguely remember stopping at the supermarket on the way home. Nice coming home in daylight again

Sunday - went to the sports bar to watch Chelsea draw with Charlton Then a bit of shopping for household stuff. Lazy evening with a bit of curry but I should have cut back on the beer at that point because Monday morning it all finally caught up with me!

I think it's cheap & nasty...urgh.

Nothing worse than walking into a house where EVERYTHING without exception is Ikea. You can spot it a mile off.

totally disagree rob(s).

yeah IKEA is for a particular type of market and for people who can afford £2000 for a coffee table, then it will be cheap and nasty.

BUT, you have to understand IKEA for what is good for and that is no-nonsense basic but functional items. People who go for style when shopping at IKEA are heading for danger but people who buy simple, plain, basic styles that are traditionally designed are on the money.

I agree you can spot some styles being from IKEA a mile off but some styles look good. In my flat (that I rent), I have two wardrobes - one was £120 from IKEA and one was reduced from £550 from some premier range at Habitat, which I bought for £250. I swear they are actually identical and from the same factory!!

Friday night: Got a flat tyre in fella's van evil: ) and had to walk 20 minutes to get to his (20 mins to me is like a marathon!) got back to his, had tea and a shower and braved going to the pub (even though have not been since giving up smoking two weeks ago) went and met our friends in the pub and even though I did constantly ask them to blow smoke in my face, didn't have one puff! YIPEEEEE!

Saturday: Did absolutely nothing all day, which resulted in me and Chris fallin asleep at 2.00pm and not waking up until 6.00pm! Haw Haw! Stayed in Saturday night (very sensible)

Sunday: As above, minus the kip.

Am fed up of these sensible weekends and simply MUST have a weekend of carnage soon - when is pay day?
