Weekend Rundowns

Friday: We drove straight up to Hull and checked into Holiday inn, huge room with robes and slippers so just ordered some room service and had an early night.

Saturday: Got up mega early, 8am and went down to the gym for a little work out after breakfast. House maid gave me a bottle of wine while i was waiting and i resisted temptation to open it. After Joey came back 4.5 hours later we went to a bar for a drinky and some finger food.

Sat pm: We all met up and went to the cinema to watch 'Its all gone Pete Tong' again. Shittest cinema in the world, so old.
Had a lovely meal @ Ask just across the road with some wine to wet our whisle, lovely chicken salad and we were on our way.

Went back to the hotel to meet up with Axwell for a bit and then onto the Welly Club for Deja Vu. Met Howard Donald who is quite small, had a picture taken with him and then left him alone. . that was until i literally fell into him and two of his mates because i forgot there was a step and stumbled into them. So embarrased :oops:, even more embarrased when Howard said he wanted to squeeze my boobs 8O 8O :lol:.

Stayed until the end and then went back for a drink of tea with Stoney and then lay there wide awake from 4.30am until 11am and finally dropped off yesterday afternoon at 4pm for a couple of hours.

Im glad i had today off :D
 
weekend sort of started thursday, with a Grolsch sponsored boat party on the Thames -- muchos free beer :D

hopped a train to brighton friday night for pub/takeaway/chitchat with friends. had an amazing lunch at Due South on the seafront Saturday. all organic, locally sourced food -- highly recommend it!

got a train back to london to see my mates new flat. in walthamstow... nice flat. not so sure about the neighbourhood! :?
stayed in with a bottle of wine saturday.

off to camden sunday afternoon. had a little wander around the stalls. had forgotten how much bad hard house you can hear on a sunday afternoon there! :lol:
hit the pub, then had a gorgeous meal in chinatown... mmmmm.

Saturday - Travelled to Wiltshire to visit folks and doggie. Went to the 'Brewery Inn Cider Festival'...Stayed for a couple but came over all league of gentleman and had to leave! :lol:

Sunday - Monday - Catching up with old school friends (none of whom have moved on since 95 8O )...and had a very sad time at my friend's f___. :(

Fri:Down in Glasgow for my girlfriends mates 21st. Took it easy, but had a very good laugh :D

Sat: Woke up with a stinking hangover :evil: , so went out for lunch to a nice carvery and stuffed myself :D Then at 5pm, hopped on our mini bus to go to Coloursfest. Was expecting it to be ned central.....and it was :lol: Never seen so many tracksuits in one place :lol:

Still, made the most of it, and had a wicked time. Popped into Soma and Bedrock tents for a wee boogie, and had a great night. Met up with loads of old friends...and had a few 'moments' :P :P :P

Sun: Recovery
 
Fri : Arrived in Ibiza :D did a bit of Shopping, followed by lovely dinner at La Ventana (thanks Drew ;) ). Went for a few drinks down Rock and Base, early to bed (2am) in anticipation of Saturday and sunday.

Sat : Went for breakfast, followed by MORE shopping (women :? ) Then headed to this dodgy villa in the middle of nowhere for a little shindig. WOW 8O 8O 8O what a gaf !!!!!! Met a few peeps of here, but unfortunately had to leave at 19.30 :( it was my best mates birthday and he wanted to go for dinner :cry: .
So we ate at pacha, had a lovely dinner then proceeded inside for a bop, got in at 07.30, tried to sleep. finally slept.

Sun : had brunch with friends, and then headed to Space for 16.30 for the opening. Had a marvelous day/eve/night, and got home about 04.30 to catch the ferry at 10.00.

Mon : Terrible ferry journey spent mostly in the toilet. :x :evil: :twisted: :(

Tues : back to work :twisted: got the Ibiza flu.

As discused, Coloursfest too - had a great day :D

Neds are a shame, but unfortunately an event near city centre is going to bring them out, especially with the attractions of the old skool :evil:

Great laugh though and lots of laughs, pic back tomorrow 8O

Got my pic taken a few times, but cant see myself in any. Did you find the tents a bit quiet?

Security at the gates was a very scary moment indeed 8O :? :?
 
Was the strangest festival ive ever done Fergs.

Expected it to be in a field somewhere :lol:

Tents were small. Most the people where in the huge hardcore or trance places! Loads of neds/scalls - LOADS of hot chicks though :twisted: ;)
 
Them sniffer dogs were bastards werent they!

Seen a few people getting caught. -They got back in though ;)

Didnt know what to expect either, never been before. There was about 20 of us there, so very good laugh :P :P

Did you hear someone got stabbed in the face in the hardcore/bttf arena?The crowd in there was hilarious, never seen so many tracksuits :lol:

You get past security ok? Couple people we know had problems, then got let in if they bought their ticket again :lol:
 
didnt hear about the stabbing! 8O


Some people we were with got pulled when the dog clocked them on the way in. One managed to blag it - the other got caught and kicked out- we had a couple of spare passes with us so luckily no one forked out :)
 
So if you got caught you just had to get another ticket every time?I was cacking myself walking in!! :?

Have since heard rumours that the guy who got stabbed died :? :? Not good.

Cant believe out of 1000 photos online, I'm not in any :lol:
