let's get the ball rolling

Friday: went to a place called "Woody's" in, ahem, Notting Hill. nice and scuzzy for a mate's night. It's the first time he and mates had promoted and the place was really busy. Good quality, upfront housey-housey stuff all night. Saw loadsa mates and had a big amount of fun.

only downer was the price of drinks (£3.50 for a beer, £5 for spirit and mixer).truly, truly shocking

Sat: spent daytime gardening :oops:. pub session sat eve

Sun: went to colombia rd flower market in am. It seems that is is RIP Royal Oak. they appear to be doing the place up into a fancy 'gastropub', so i don't think they will ever let those charming afterparties happen there again :evil:

watched the superSpurs get beaten by a dodgy ref in the afternoon.
 
Friday - Fell over in Soho (again) but made it to my bed for 3am...the earliest Friday night since I moved to London so I'm feeling very proud.

Saturday - Got up and made the most of the weather by sitting in Hyde Park doing some life planning.
Soon enough however it went completely tits up in Vauxhall.

Had an absolute blinder and as a result Sunday checked out and left the building. 8O :D
 
Friday, baby sat my lil bro's for a bit, then watched Comic Relief, what a rollercoaster night of TV that is! One minute laughing out loud, the next crying! :lol:

Saturday, Dazzle @ The Loft, totally crap cheesy night so got more wasted to compensate, don't remember the end of the night! :oops:

Sunday, got up after 2 hours sleep due to Dad arriving to bang, drill, saw and use every other power tool in existence and let the plasterer in so he could cover the carpet on my stairs with brown plaster shit. When they finally went I opened the wine and smoked myself into oblivion :lol: The next thing i knew... it's Monday :twisted:
 
Yesterday I went to Manchester to do some shopping/drinking etc. Went to The living Room for some food which wasn't very nice. Gary Neville was drinking in there, very footballers wives, not my thing :?

Went back upto Canal Street with the normal people and had a good laugh.

I went over to meet my ex who I left last September, It was supposed to be just a few casual drinks, I ended up staying over with him last night, ooops!

I feel really sad today though as I realised that I'm sooo not over him :cry:
 
Fri - a few drinks in North London after work

Sat - Tom thinks he's Jamie Oliver at the mo so cooked us lovely dinner and then cos he'd been a good boy I allowed him to watch a DVD :lol: Tried to embrace this DVD watching malarky but the film was so disturbing that I spent most of the time hid behind the sofa so didn't understand what was going on :? Drank lots of rose to keep myself amused.

Sun - woke up bright and early both of us in utter amazement that we'd done this sleep business on a Saturday night :lol: Went to Spitalfiends Market where Tom bought me some fab pink jewellery as he thanked god for the 100th time that he'd ended up with a g/friend who liked pink trashy jewellery (his words) instead of diamonds :lol: Went to The Big Chill and met up with Jamie, had a yummy nut roast (took us a while to get our heads round this eating business on a Sunday :lol: ) and then were joined by Jon and Bec for a few spritzers.

All in all a very civilised wkend which means I can tick the wholesome wkend checkbox off for the next 6 weeks :lol:
 
Friday - Had a few drinks indoors with Jon and an early night (trying to save the pennies 8O )

Saturday - friend's party in Wanstead, was a good laugh :D

Sunday - Drove to Brick Lane for a few drinks with Tom/Sar/Jamie, then home for a nice dinner of bangers and mash, then another early night 8O

Quite a boring weekend really! Bring on Sven next week :twisted:
 
Fri: Got sacked :lol:
Sat: Spent all morning crying because of friday, then realised I couldnt afford to go out for Mambo's birthday :cry: . then got cheered up with a curry and Bridget Jones 2 :lol:
Sun: Spent all day in bed ;) (not alone :lol: )
 
Fri: ?

Sat: Continued Friday's spending spree by spending way too much on clothes. Went out to a very nice restaurant at night but didn't appreciate it properly cos we were pissed when we got there :oops:

Sun: Gym, BIG food shop, bit of DIY, more wine, Sunday lunch.
 
Friday - Sansouci at the Chapel Bar. Good night. On the way home I had the taxi driver doing his elvis impersonation to me and he said he was going in for X Factor to win it. :roll: :lol:

Saturday had to get up at 8 and go off to my photography course and after 4 hours kip I wasn't really in the mood. Sat evening met up with stpehen and anthony for dinner in clapham which was very enjoyable. Then off to Smartie Partie at Turnmills to DJ. Wicked night and a good set (even if i do say so myself ) :lol: . Left the club at 7am with the main room dancefloor still going strong.

Sunday - carry on and resisted the urge to go to hard house club 100yds from my house!! 8O 8O :lol: I've lived there a year and I had no idea this place existed. Very surreal. :?

When I heard the music and saw the people coming in and out I was thinking if sar and jamie were here we'd be straight in there! 8O :twisted: It's right opposite the little corner shop we went to after Danny T.

It's always good to check these things out just so we know the options out there for us on a Sunday morning ;)
 
went to a boat party saturday evening,hard house up stairs :? house downstairs :D lots of messy people going mad,boat was a bit old and at one point we thought the roof was gonna cave in from all the nutters jumping about upstairs,made our way to turnmills after,was packed all night and top tunes all night,bubble your set was good :D turnmills still has that shitiness about it cos of all the pikies in there :roll: well jokes night :lol:
 
Fri - took the current for a nice dinner at a local Italian place - ate loads and having been really busy all week, so passed out at 10pm. Luckily we were home by then! 3.30am - awoken by a call to tell me that the JCB driver hired in for some night work has been stopped for drink driving.....in his JCB....in Westminister. Nice. Can't get back to sleep, so head to one of my depots to catch out some slackers :lol:

Sat - Worked through until 2pm and then went and lost 3-2 in my football match. That's 2 losses out of the last three and we'd been unbeaten all season before them! :evil: Few beers and in bed early for work Sunday.

Sun - Arrive at depot for 6.30am and catch every single person coming in late. Bollockings all round and then consider meeting BBS, Kang et al at EGG. Think better of it and stay working - tormenting the troops is a much fun as clubbing anyway :lol:

Wine and cheese at home last night and back to work (did I ever leave? :lol: ) today. Decided to have more weekends like this and realised I like working the weekends as much as not working. You don't hear that very often do ya? :lol:

Totally unexpected weekend from start to finish :lol:

Fri: straight to pub after work - jugs of cocktail awaiting 8) Carried sis an boyf home with some chicken pakora!

Sat: quiet one planned, friend came to visit - couldn't resist the lure of Felix da Housecat at the arches, and sent a messenger to pick up some tickets :lol: Sooo glad we went, have always wanted to see him, but never got round to it - first night in ages I have left saying wow 8) May not be one for the chinstrokers - but for fun fun fun, he was the man.

Needless to say the rest of the weekend was a write off - couple of hours kip then in to town for some lunch, before running home to the safety of my couch, duvet and cuddly boyfriend. Today is proving to be a nightmare, and lunchtime walk has led me to spending more money on vinyl before payday :?
