Weekend Plans

Busy one ahead:

Tonight - lads of rugby training on astro so definitely on despite the rain.
Tommorow: pizza and Arsenal with boy 1, while Mrs B takes boy 2 to a rugby tournament (on same astro so deffo on!)
Saturday: Mrs will need to take kids to Ju-Jitsu as I have a 1.30 ko quarter-final in Acton, so have to leave earlier than usual. I'm straight out on a Xmas pub-crawl/dinner with 14 of our mates. Driving and Guinness 0.0 so no Sunday hangover.

Sunday: Mrs taking boy 1 to a lunch and cinema playdate with his best mate who moved away. I'll be taking boy 2 to his rugby match in the morning and then to his mate's birthday party at the local Powerleague.

Ideally, checking scores throughout the weekend will see an Arsenal win and losses for Chelsea, City and Liverpool. And Spurs, obviously
Football weekend not so good so far...inc my game being called off for waterlogged pitch

Clockwork in MAN tomorrow afternoon forward slash evening, but i’m unsure if i’ve made the right choice?
Going with an open minded “party” attitude and hopefully hear some decent quality classics, rather than a cheesy 90s mix CD style suitcase at the door fest.

Fri: Arsenal and Pizza

Sat: Ju jitsu for kids, then drop to my folks footy for me. 3 points and a league rival losing would see us top for NY/Xmas Straight to clubhouse after for Xmas drinks and Xmas Jumpers

Sun: Smug fresheness from Guinness 0.0s St night, for kids rugby in morning, then an afternoon of family fun to plan

Fri - Wrestling with lad and two school mates, to watch my mate fight. Good, old fashion fun which the boys loved. Mrs is in Liverpool for a work's do.

Sat - u8 game in the morning. May have lunch at the local pub, then son and I will go on the Turf to watch the game.

Sun - Polar Express in Manchester. Should be good, added bonus that we won't be rough ☺️

Weekend of joy!

Eldest was player of the day at Arsenal Friday, I won 5-0 yesterday and scored, Arsenal nicked a last minute win after a dire performance versus bottom of table Wolves, youngest excelled at rugby this morning, and then the good old Spursy icing on the cake, them losing 3 nil to Forest.

Went out locally…very good. Then went to see the football at Pittodrie - great. First time in 40 years they served alcohol at a game in Scotland. £5.50 not too bad i thought - Mardi sadly so tasted like pish and in a plastic glass…shouldn’t complain. I have 7 of them! Now at Aberdeen airport on way back!

Madri is rank. Makes out it's Spanish but is actually made in Newport, in South Wales.
