It's my birthday weekend and my sisters are flying in Sat-Tues

Saturday: Chilled day, followed by sunset and a meal at Aragma 🤤 - potentially something that night if anything good is going on??
Sunday: Las Dalias afternoon for a dance in the sun, will we make it to Akasha...who knows?! - If anyone is around, come say hi!
Monday (actual birthday): Bloody Marys and beach days
Tuesday: Morning spin class with Oranja in the orange grove, whip them off to the airport and get my butt back in the office!

Good luck for Sunday! I hope the shin holds up, I remember you telling me you’d had trouble with them a while ago.

For me:
Friday: work, dog walk, make birthday cupcakes for my friend
Saturday: dog walk, ice cupcakes, food shop, off out for dinner with the girls in the evening
Sunday: short run in the morning, off to see my parents for lunch after their epic cruise adventures in the Caribbean. More dog walking
 
Fri - late afternoon meeting in Cumbria. Stay over, possibly have a beer.

Sat - early early hike if weather is good for a sunrise. Back to the homelands, lad's football at 12 then hopefully catch BFC on tv. Drop n go kids party, Mrs wants to run 10k whilst party is on - i'm the pace maker 😅

Sun - pack a little for half term break

I needn't of worried with the half, not only did I have no issues, I smashed my 10k and half marathon PBs. 1hr55m for the half marathon (52m for the 10k). Sore today!

Friday: Quiet night most likely
Saturday: Off up to Birmingham for Back to Air. Not been in the club since the last Godskitchen there in 2012 and it is one of my favourite clubs. Cannot wait to go back! 10pm train back to London will be fun...
Sunday: Recovery
